Für das Rezept benötigen Wir folgende Zutaten || For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Zutaten für 2 Bleche Kürbispommes: || Ingredients for 2 sheets Pumpkin Fries:
•½ Butternutkürbis (den schmalen und kernlosen Teil) || ½ butternut pumpkin (the small & seedless part)
•2 - 3 Esslöffel Speisestärke || 2 - 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
•2 - 3 Esslöffel Olivenöl || 2 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil
•2 Teelöffel Paprikapulver || 2 teaspoons of paprika powder
•½ Teelöffel Knoblauchpulver || ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

1 cup of milk (of your choice I used whole but feel free to use what ever you want)
1/2 cup of pumpkin purée
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
1-3 TBS of sugar
