ONE MINUTE KETO BROWNIE RECIPE:
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 scoop Cacao Bliss or 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/3 cup almond flour
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
Add all of your brownie ingredients to a small bowl, except the chocolate chips. Microwave for 20 seconds. This will help soften the butter further so you can easily mix it. Stir in the chocolate chips and mix until combined. Pour the batter into a small square baking dish (about 10 oz) or mug lined with parchment paper or pre-greased. Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1:15 minutes. Let sit for several minutes to set before removing brownie.

Ingredients:
For Chocolate Coated Badam Burfi Roll
☛ 2 cups almond flour (see recipe here)
☛ 1 cup milk powder
☛ 1/2 cup powdered sugar
☛ 2 tablespoons fresh cream or malai
☛ 8-10 saffron strands
☛ 3 tablespoons full-fat milk, hot
☛ 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
☛ 1 tablespoon dried rose petals, crushed
☛ 1 teaspoon rose/kewra water
For chocolate coating
☛ 225 grams of white chocolate
☛ 8-10 saffron strands
☛ 1 tablespoon dried rose petals, crushed
☛ 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
For decoration
☛ 3-4 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
☛ 1 tablespoon dried rose petals, crushed
☛ Saffron strands
For No Cook Badam Roll
1. Add crushed saffron strands to hot milk. Stir well and keep it aside to infuse and cool.
2. Add almond flour, milk powder, sugar, cream, and saffron-infused milk to a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon/spatula.
3. Then add cardamom powder, dried rose petals, kewra/rose water and knead to make a smooth dough. Once it comes together like dough, add ghee and mix again until everything is well combined.
4. After that, divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Now, roll one portion between palms to make a log. Then place it on a parchment paper & roll it into a smooth and thin long. Trim the edges, and cut the roll into 1.5-inch long cylinder shapes and smoothen each roll. Keep shaping more rolls until all the badam burfi mixture is used up. Keep them aside.
Melting Chocolate
1. Add white chocolate pieces and 1 teaspoon of ghee to a bowl. Melt it in a double boiler (bain-marie) or the microwave. Once half melted, add the crushed saffron strands and keep melting until the chocolate is glossy, smooth and melted. Remove the bowl from the pot. Add cardamom powder and mix well to combine. Then add crushed dried rose petals and mix.
2. Mix it well & set it aside to infuse and cool for about 7-8 minutes until it is at room temperature. It should still be liquid at this point. Dip each roll in the melted chocolate. Shake off the excess chocolate and transfer them on a wire rack or parchment paper.
Decorating
1. Sprinkle them with chopped nuts, dried rose petals, and saffron strands for a nice festive touch. Once ready, let the burfi roll set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving. Once set, you can trim off the extra chocolate. Delicious Chocolate Coated Burfi Rolls are ready to devour. You can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

This is another keto single serve recipe video, where we make a special keto dessert for one person. Today we are making keto hostess cupcakes and twinkies. Both recipes will make two cupcakes or twinkies. So one for you and one to share. Or two for you!
Not only are these keto hostess cupcakes and keto twinkies easy to make, they are gluten free and contain a real marshmallow creme center! Most keto hostess cupcake recipes will use buttercream frosting or whipped cream inside. That's fine if you want to do that as a shortcut, but I like to go one extra step and make a simple sugar-free marshmallow cream center. Just like the real twinkies and cupcakes have!

KETO HOSTESS CUPCAKES RECIPE:
➡️ The Cake:
3 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener
1 tablespoon 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 egg
➡️ Marshmallow Creme:
2 sugar free marshmallows
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sugar free canned whipped cream
➡️ Chocolate Ganache:
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips, melted
1 teaspoon heavy cream
➡️ White Swirl:
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
1.5 teaspoons heavy cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray two cavities of a muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, butter, heavy cream and egg. Mix until combined and smooth. Evenly pour batter into the two prepared cavities of the muffin pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until set. Remove from oven, loose the edges with a knife and let sit in the muffin tin for 2-3 minutes before removing. Let cool completely before adding in the filling. Option to bake in the microwave: Pour batter into a silicone muffin liner and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until set. In a small bowl, microwave sugar free marshmallows for 10 seconds. Stir in butter and whipped cream until smooth. Using a spoon or knife, remove the top center of the cupcake. Spoon in the marshmallow creme filling into the center.
In a small bowl, combine melted chocolate and heavy cream. Mix until smooth. Spread onto top of each cupcake. Place in the refrigerator to set for 5-10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine powdered sweetener and heavy cream. Adjust with sweetener or cream to achieve a thick, pipable icing. Add to a ziploc baggie or piping bag and pipe a swirl on the top of the ganache.
KETO TWINKIE RECIPE:
➡️ The Cake:
1/4 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons monkfruit sweetener
pinch salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon sour cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
➡️ Marshmallow Creme:
2 sugar free marshmallows
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sugar free canned whipped cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray cooking oil into a twinkie pan. Set aside. Add almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder and salt to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. Mix in butter, egg, sour cream and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Evenly pour batter into two twinkie mold cavities. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool while you make the filling. In a small bowl, microwave sugar free marshmallows for 10 seconds. Stir in butter and whipped cream until smooth. Let set for a few minutes to thicken. Using a piping bag fitted with a tip, pipe in filling mixture into three areas of the underside of the twinkie about 1 inch apart.

Winter has started. So sink ladoo recipe is a must. We already have seen many healthy ladoo recipes like methi ladoo, alive ladoo, urad dal ladoo. There is one more dink ladoo recipe too. But we have made some variation here so as to get good binding to these ladoos. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup shredded dry Coconut
• 1 tsp Poppy seeds
• 2 tsp White sesame seeds
• 3~4 tsp Ghee
• 75 gm Edible gum
• 2 tsp finely chopped Almonds
• 2 tsp finely chopped Walnuts
• 2 tsp finely chopped Cashew nuts
• Few Raisins
• 50 gm Kharik powder
• 4 tsp Ghee
• 3/4 cup organic Gudh
• Cardamom powder
Method:
• In a pan take dry coconut and until it gets light golden color.
• Transfer the roasted coconut into a bowl.
• In the same pan take poppy seeds, white sesame seeds and roast them well.
• Transfer them into roasted coconut.
• In the same pan, heat up ghee.
• When ghee is hot enough add a little gum at a time and fry until it puffs up well. Fry the dink
until it is white inside out.
• You can rub a little ghee to gum and microwave it to puff up.
• Transfer the fried dink into another bowl.
• In the same ghee add almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts and fry it a little.
• When dry nuts begin to get light color add raisins, kharik powder and fry well for about 3-4
minutes. Turn off the gas.
• Transfer the fried dink into a blender jar and blend it a little.
• Add roasted coconut, poppy seeds and sesame seeds into the same blender jar and blend it a
little.
• Do not blend into fine powder. Just give 1or 2 pulses so as to mix well.
• Heat up ghee in a pan.
• Add gudh and just let it melt.
• No lumps of gudh should be left behind. No need to make syrup.
• When gudh melts turn off the gas and add blended dink, coconut, poppy seeds and sesame
seeds.
• Add roasted dry nuts, kharik powder and cardamom powder and mix well quickly.
• Roll the ladoos when the mixture is a little hot.
• Dink ladoo are all ready.
• From all above ingredients you can make 12-14 medium size ladoos.
