3 Ingredient Almond Honey Cookies
3 Ingredient healthy almond and honey cookies ???? You can totally replace the honey with any sweetener of choice. These are the best cookies in the world and so incredibly easy. If you have three simple ingredients at home, you can absolutely make these. I love topping them off with a little more honey and some crushed almonds. Please feel free to add anything you wish to these cookies, the options are endless. You will need:

1 cup mashed banana ( 2 bananas )
2 tablespoons honey ( or any )
2.5 cups almond flour (blanched)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please note: I have not tried making these with coconut flour but it should totally work. Please add a little at a time and look at the consistency :) Baking time will vary based on your oven so always keep an eye on them. Mine took 25 minutes. Let them cool before you dig in.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 F. Mash the bananas and add the honey. Give it a stir, and add in your almond flour. Stir it well until you have a nice cookie-like batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on your oven. Feel free to top them with some crushed almonds and some additional honey is optional. Enjoy, and don’t forget to follow me for more.

Gotta have Keto Holiday cookies, so I got to work on a bunch. Peanut Butter Blossoms, Sugar cookies and whipped shortbread were the three I nailed. They are so tasty and from what I remember they taste just like regular Christmas cookies, haven't had one in almost 2 years. These have satisfied that need for a Christmas cookie, for sure! (1 cup = 250 ml cup measurement)
Almond Flour or Almond powder - 1 cup + 1/3 cup (120 gms)
Salt a pinch
Honey 3 tablespoons
Coconut Oil (cold pressed) - 2 tbspn
Bake In Preheated Oven on 170 °c for 10 to 12 minutes.. Check the cookies when it's 10 minutes.. Almond flour gets brown very quickly..
Let the cookies cool completely after baking..

Crispy Almond Cookies (No Florentine) | Easy Baking
These crispy almond cookies are very addictive and are impossible to stop at once. Each cookie layered with flaked almonds which give it an unbelievable crunch.
The recipe is super simple and easy to make, even an amateur able to succeed at the first attempt!
✅INGREDIENTS:
Egg White - 75g (2 large egg or 3 if small)
Powdered sugar-50g (can add/reduce per personnel preference)
Corn oil or melted unsalted butter-10g
Cake flour(Sifted)- 30g
Salt - ¼ tsp (2g)
Almond slices - 100g

✅Tips:
1) It is better to spread the batter thin. Try to spread the almond flakes evenly in a single layer to give a real thin layer, and of utmost importance, it is easier to control the time to bake a more uniform color and achieve true crunch.
2) If prefer compact bite, can remain the thickness.
Bake in a preheated oven
Baking Temperature: 160°C
Baking Time: 20-25 minutes
Note: Baking time may vary by type of oven, do monitor the color change
