2 c Almond milk - (See SOYNOG recipe) 2 Bananas (not over-ripe) 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg -- more if desired 1/2 ts Vanilla extract Blend the above until smooth, then sprinkle a little nutmeg on top. Serve immediately as banana changes flavour when it sits after blending, so don't try to keep in the refrigerator. This comes from Maryln Diamond's book. posted by Ted Wayn Altar in REC.FOOD.VEG

Rompope in Mexico takes us back to the time of the Viceroyalty. A time when the Clarisa nuns of Puebla excelled preparing extraordinary dishes and drinks for the Franciscan friars. Rompope is an alcoholic drink made from milk, egg yolks, almonds, cinnamon and other ingredients that give it that delicious and unique flavor. I hope you liked the recipe very much! ???????? #rompope #eggnog #drinks

????Delicious Dairy-FREE Almond Nog????
This almond nog from my fav #Aldi is super delicious, not as sweet, and belly-rumbling free! This is absolutely a keeper in my winter ‘healthier’ beverage selection. • Now as mentioned, if you’d like it a bit sweeter: for an 8oz. glass of Aldi Friendly Farms Almond Nog, add 1/2 to 1 tsp honey/agave, stir and enjoy! • ~Your Certified Culinary Health Resource acartoffood.com
Vegan Alternative to Egg Nog - Almond Nog by Almond Breeze Vegetarian Product Review
Vegan Alternative to Egg Nog - Yes it does exist. And just because the holiday season has sadly come to an end, doesn't mean you can't still enjoy a cup of holiday cheer while this Almond Nog by Allmond Breeze is on the shelves. In my mind, EggNog is to the Holidays as Peanut Butter is to Jelly. I mean, they go together like two peas in a pod. You can’t have one without the other. But, if you no longer eat eggs or dairy, then you are having one without the other, that is until now. If you’ve missed that creamy and delicious taste of eggnog during the holidays, then stayed tuned because, by the end of this video, you will have discovered an egg and dairy-free “nog” that makes you feel just as festive and holly as “eggnog.”
