1 c : Boiling Water
2 c : Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c : Amaranth
1/4 c : Butter; Melted
1 c : Pecans; Chopped
1 ts : Vanilla Extract

Amaranth is rich in antioxidants, reduces inflammation and lowers cholesterol levels. And the dates in these ladoos instead of adding sugar make them completely guilt-free!

Here’s the recipe for you enjoy:
Add 1-1/2 cup of water to a pan on medium heat
Add 1/2 cup of amaranth seeds (rajgira)
Bring the mixture to boil and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes
Add 1/2 cup of chopped dates
once water is dried at chopped almonds and powdered almonds
cool down the mixture before making laddoos
Grease your hands
Garnish with Almonds and pistachios

Satisfy your chocolate cravings with this Vegan Chocolate Amaranth Pudding. It's a creamy and indulgent dessert that's not only delicious but also suitable for vegans. Enjoy a sweet treat without any guilt!
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 35 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup amaranth (
• 2 cups oat milk (
• 4 oz vegan dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch of ground cinnamon (
• Macadamia nut pieces (
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rinse the amaranth and put it in a small pot with oat milk.
2. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for about 35 min. Stir occasionally as the milk reduces.
3. Remove it from the heat and let it sit for 5 min.
4 .Finely chop the chocolate and mix it into the amaranth until it's completely melted. Add maple syrup to your taste.
5. You can serve it right away, topped with a pinch of cinnamon and chopped macadamia nuts, or chill it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
