1/8 ts : Sea Salt; (Optional)
1/4 c : Honey; or Maple Syrup
1/4 c : Lemon Juice
3/4 c : Milk; or Soymilk, or Water
1 c : Water
1 ts : Lemon Zest; Finely Grated
3 : Eggs

Throw the dough into boiling water and the result will surprise you!

15 ml of olive oil (1 tablespoon)
250 g of flour (1.5 cups)
stir with a spatula and turn off the heat
continue to knead the hot dough
cover the dough and leave to rest for 15 minutes
divide the dough into 10 equal parts
roll out to 15 cm diameter (6 inches)
