This is an interesting sausage recipe in a bottle that anyone can make. Easy Recipe is a delicious sausage recipe that cannot be bought at the store.
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Salt, bay leaf, 1 onion and 1 carrot. 2kg of chicken,
I have chicken drumsticks, but you can also have a whole chicken.
Cook over low heat for 2-3 hours, depending on the chicken.
Remove the meat from the bones, it's easy.
Strain 300 ml of broth while still warm.
While continuing to stir the broth, slowly add 40 g of gelatin.
If you immediately pour gelatin, lumps of gelatin are formed.
Grate beets. We need 2 tbsp juice.
1 teaspoon salt, dried red pepper and ground black pepper.
Broth with gelatin and grind everything well.
Fill an empty plastic bottle with the mixture.
Knock to let the air out.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
