Shrimp and Andouille Gravy with Cheddar Biscuits - A Southern Classic - In this video, we're cooking up a delicious shrimp and andouille gravy with cheddar biscuits.

Ingredients:
4 strips Bacon
1/2 lb. Andouille Sausage , diced
1/2 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp. Butter
1 cup Onion, diced
1/2 cup Red Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Celery, diced
1 cup Corn
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Thyme, chopped
1/4 cup Flour (rice-flour for gluten-free)
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. Creole Mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Green Onions, sliced
1 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
4 Biscuits
Biscuit Ingredients:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour, plus more for dusting
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
8 tablespoons cold, unsalted Butter
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Egg + 1 tablespoon Water, lightly beaten

Ingredients(I added 2 bay leaves that I did not show on the video)
1 1/2 bag of Field Peas with Snaps
1 pound of Andouille Sausage cut up into round pieces
1/2 of pickled jalapeño, plus 1 teaspoon of the juice(I used Trappey’s
2 1/2 cup of beef broth
1 Roman tomato roasted then crushed
1/2 of a white onion chopped
1 russet potato cubed
1 tablespoon of bacon drippings
1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1 teaspoon of salt (instead of 1/2 teaspoon))
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 teaspoon of low sodium soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1 cup of okra(optional)

Today i'm going to show you how to make my Sausage & Bean Casserole. All cooked in one pot to save on the washing up and can be made ahead too!
This Big Batch Sausage and Bean One Pot is a great dish for a family gathering that can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients for the casserole:
2 tbsp olive oil
20-30 depending on how hungry your family are! good quality chipolata sausages (use gluten-free chipolatas if required)
1 large red onion peeled and roughly chopped
2 red peppers deseeded and roughly chopped
20 mini chorizo the bitesize ones, chopped in half
3 cloves garlic peeled and minced
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
120 ml (1/2 cup) red wine (optional)
2 chicken stock cubes crumbled (replace with 2 tsp vegetable bouillon for gluten free)
3 x 400g (14 oz) tins chopped tomatoes
1 x 400g (14oz) tin haricot beans, drained and rinsed
1 x 400g (14oz) tin cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
