How To make Apple Country Chicken
1 ts Curry powder
1 lg Golden Delicious apple,
Cored and chopped 1 lg Yellow onion, finely chopped
1 tb Lemon juice
4 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1 ts Chicken bouillon
2 c Apple juice or cider
3 1/2 lb Chicken thigh, skinned
1 tb Flour
Place curry powder in a wide frying pan and stir over medium heat until slightly darker in color (3-4 minutes). Add apple, yellow onion, lemon juice, mushrooms, bouillon, and 1 1/2 C. of the apple juice; bring to a boil. Rinse chicken and pat dry; add to pan. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until meat near bone is no longer pink; cut to test (about 30 minutes). Lift chicken from pan; arrange on a warm platter. Keep warm. Blend flour and remaining 1/2 C. apple juice. Gradually add to sauce in pan, stirring; increase heat to high and cook, stirring until sauce is thickened. Pour over chicken. 1/2 stick butter
1- 2 tbsp flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
garlic powder

8 oz colby jack cheese
8 oz cheedar cheese + more for the top of the mac
paprika
Yams
4 medium yams
4 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar ( use 3/4- 1 cup for sweeter yams)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Green Beans
drained canned green beans
chicken boullion
cajun seasoning

This Cracker Barrell inspired Apple Cider BBQ Chicken is a great way to enjoy grilled chicken. Chicken breasts marinated in tarty apple cider, savory barbecue sauce and a mix of spices makes it flavorful and delicious. Prepare this for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredient
Roughly 36 oz chicken breasts
⅓ cup apple cider
⅔ cup barbecue sauce of your choice
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
¼ tsp salt
¼ ground black pepper
Cooking spray
To Serve:
1 cup roasted carrots
¾ cup sauteed corn kernels

0:09 Mix together apple cider, apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime juice, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, barbeque sauce, & basil
0:40 Season with salt & pepper. Adjust accordingly
0:54 Add the chicken breasts, mix with the marinade. Allow to marinate overnight, sealed.
1:26 Preheat either an outdoor grill or an indoor grill. Ensure the chicken is at room temperature.
1:29 Grill first for about 3 -5 minutes each side, until juices run clear & no pinkness present.
