Apple Cider Glazed Chicken
Here is the Recipe:
1. MARINADE YOUR CHICKEN.
• Add the Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Cup)
• Honey (4 tbsp) or squeeze across for about 8 seconds. Try not to count too fast. LOL
• Whole-Grain Mustard (1 ½ tbsp.)
• Cloves
• Kosher Salt
• Ground Pepper
Next add your chicken and mix in a bowl. Mix like you are mad. Once you are done, sit out for at least 2 hours. I recommend overnight.
Please note, this is probably the most important part. If you jacked this up, you will end up something different that may be good but not what we planned on making. LOL
2. PREPARE YOUR VEGGIES
• Add the watercress and zucchini to bowl. You may use potatoes. Please note the potatoes would be actually better but I am trying to get away from the starch.
• Add about ¼ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.
• Sprinkle a little of salt and pepper.
• Stir all the contents together like you are mad.
When finished put aside because you will add this later to the chicken.
3. FRY CHICKEN AND ADD VEGGIES
• Lightly oil a pan. Don’t put in too much because you are not frying chicken or making Soul brotha style catfish when you would drown the chicken with grease. If you wanted it greasy you should have gone to KFC. LOL. Just enough to cook the outside of chicken. Use about 2 tbsp.
• Add the chicken thighs and cook until the outside has dark brown.
• Shortly after the chicken is browned, add the veggies. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. ADD THE CHICKEN AND VEGGIES TO A ROASTING SHEET (Bake for about 30 minutes)

Ingredients
• 2-3 lbs. bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
• 1 (12 oz.) jar apple jelly
• 1 packet bbq-flavored Banner Butter
• 2 T apple cider vinegar
• @killerhogsbbq the bbq rub
For the Apple Glaze:
1. Place a saucepan over medium-high heat and add the butter (400 degrees if using a griddle). Once the butter has melted, add the apple jelly and apple cider vinegar, stirring as needed. Once the mixture begins to simmer, reduce the heat to low (275 degrees for griddle) and continue cooking until the glaze is well combined, about 10 minutes.
For the Chicken:
1. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees. Meanwhile, trim the chicken thighs of any excess fat or skin, discarding waste as needed (I try to trim up the chicken thighs so that the shape of each is consistent. This helps to ensure an even cook). Next, season the chicken with your favorite BBQ rub of choice. Repeat this step until all thighs have been seasoned.
2. Once the grill has preheated, add the chicken skin-side up. Allow the chicken to cook until the internal temperature registers ~150-160 degrees. At that point, liberally apply the apple glaze to the chicken thighs using a pastry brush until all the thighs are thoroughly coated. Continue to cook until the internal temperature registers at least 165 degrees and the glaze has set. Once this occurs, set the chicken thighs aside and shut off the grill.
To Finish:
1. Add the chicken thighs to serving plates with sides of choice and top with remaining apple glaze (as desired). Enjoy!

Apple Cider Glazed Chicken | Delish
Get the full recipe from delish:
INGREDIENTS
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed
2 apples, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, trimmed
2/3 c. apple cider
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Grainy mustard
1 tbsp. butter
3 rosemary sprigs, for skillet
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425°. In a medium bowl, add potatoes, apples and chopped rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and toss until combined.
2. In a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat, heat remaining olive oil. Add chicken and sear, skin side down, until golden, about 2 minutes. Remove chicken from heat while you make the glaze.
3. To the same skillet, add apple cider, honey and grainy mustard. Bring mixture to a rapid simmer and cook until mixture has reduced slightly then whisk in the butter. Return the chicken to the skillet, skin side up, and scatter the sweet potato mixture and rosemary sprigs around the chicken. Turn off the heat and transfer the entire skillet to the oven.
4. Bake until the sweet potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes. (If potatoes need longer to cook, transfer chicken to a cutting board to rest and continue cooking until tender.)
5. Serve chicken and potatoes with pan drippings.

Here is what you'll need!
Crispy Honey-glazed Fried Chicken
Servings: 8
INGREDIENTS
Spice Mix
2 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons oregano
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3 cups all-purpose flour
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken drumsticks and thighs
3 cups buttermilk
Oil, for frying
Honey, for serving
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, add the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, and cayenne and mix until combined.
2. Pour half of the spice mix into the flour, mixing until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the flour.
3. Add the chicken to a bowl, and sprinkle the remaining spice blend over it. Mix until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
4. Pour the buttermilk over the chicken, and stir until the residual spices from the chicken have blended in with the buttermilk to create a light orange color.
5. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 2 to 8 hours.
6. Heat oil to about 325°F (170°C) in a large cast iron skillet.
7. Dredge each piece of chicken into the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip them back into the buttermilk mixture, then back into the flour. Make sure to shake off excess flour or it’ll burn while frying.
8. Fry 3-4 chicken pieces at a time, occasionally turning the pieces over. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
9. Rest the chicken pieces on a wire rack to let excess oil drain off.
10. Drizzle with honey, then serve!
