How To make Apple Muffins 3
1/2 c AM Garbanzo Flour
1 c AM Instant Oatmeal
1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
1 1/2 ts Non-alum baking powder
3/4 c Water
1/4 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
2 tb Honey
1 md Apple; grated
1/2 c Raisins (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquids and stir into dry mix. Let sit a few minutes to thicken. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes or until done.

Spiced Apple Carrot Muffins
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1⁄4 cup butter, melted
1 cup plain yogurt
1⁄2 cup applesauce
2 small apples, grated
2 carrots, grated
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl add dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
In a medium bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, yogurt, applesauce and vanilla extract.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Mix in grated apple and grated carrot.
Scoop into muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Eat within 2-3 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Enjoy!

2 boiled eggs, chopped
4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl add dry ingredients and stir until well
combined.
In a medium bowl whisk eggs, melted butter and yogurt.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Mix in green onion, boiled eggs, bacon and cheddar cheese.
Scoop into muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Eat within 2-3 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

These easy apple muffins take only 10 minutes of prep time and seven simple ingredients.
They're light and moist, packed with apple pieces and just the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon aroma.
⭐️ Ingredients
3 medium apples; 2 apples chopped, and 1 apple grated
Wet Ingredients
¾ cup non-dairy milk any
¾ cup sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil or other vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour or 50% all-purpose and 50% whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda optional
1 pinch salt
Optional Topping
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Bake at 350°F or 180°C for 27 minutes, until the muffins are golden-brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
