DOUGH:
3 c Flour (to 4 c)
2 tb Sugar
1 pk Rapid- rise yeast
1 Egg
1 c Milk
1/2 c Softened butter
1 ts Salt
FILLING:
1 c Golden Delicious apple,
- pared, cored and chopped 1/2 c Nuts, finely chopped
- (I use pecans) 1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 ts Cinnamon
Combine 1 c. flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Heat milk and 2 tbl. butter to 120 degrees; add egg and blend. Add milk mixture to flour mixture and beat
until smooth. Add only enough remaining flour t make a soft dough; knead until satiny. Cover, let rest 20 min. Divide dough into 32 parts; flatten each piece in palm and fill with 1/2 ts filling. Pinch edges together; roll to form a ball. Melt remaining butter; dip balls in butter. Arrange 16 filled balls in a well-greased tube pan so they just touch in a single layer. Sprinkle with half of the remaining apple filling. Add remaining balls; sprinkle with remaining filling on top. Pour any remaining butter over top. Cover; let rise for 20-30 min. Bake 375 for 35-40 min. Cool 10 min. Invert onto serving plate. Makes 10 servings Filling: Mix all ingredients together. Bette...NM 10/93 -----

INGREDIENTS:

Recipe: Apple Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients:
1 pack (7 1/2 oz) refrigerated home-style biscuits
4 tsp ground flaxseeds
2 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 of a Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
3 Tbls coarsely chopped walnuts
2 1/2 Tbls packed brown sugar
2 Tbls orange juice
1 Tbls butter
2 Tbls cream cheese, softened
2 tsp orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan with cooking
spray; set aside.
2. Cut biscuits in half crosswise.
3. In a small bowl combine ground flaxseeds, 2 teaspoons of the
granulated sugar, cloves, nutmeg and the cinnamon.
4. Roll biscuits in flaxseed mixture. Arrange biscuit halves and apple
slices (alternating the two) in the loaf pan. Sprinkle with any
remaining flaxseed mixture and walnuts on top.
5. In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, orange juice, and butter.
Cook and stir over medium-high heat until boiling. Pour mixture over
biscuits.
6. Bake about 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
7. For icing, in a small bowl whisk together cream cheese, 2 teaspoons
orange juice, vanilla, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon granulated
sugar. 8.
Drizzle icing over bread and serve warm.

Apple Cinnamon Loaf Recipe | Apple Cinnamon Tea/Coffee Cake
i n g r e d i e n t s
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon powder
2/3 cups white sugar
100gms butter softened
2 eggs - at room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup warm milk
2 apple, peeled and thinly sliced

1. Preheat your oven to 170c and line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Peel and dice apples, add into a bowl followed by brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Toss and place aside.
3. In a bowl, add butter and sugar. Beat
4. Add eggs and vanilla essence. Incorporate into the mixture.
5. Sieve through flour and baking powder. Fold very gently into the mixture.
6. Add in warm milk, and mix until combined.
7. Place in the oven for about 40 minutes or until a knife/toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
8. Enjoy your apple cinnamon loaf with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

For dough:
340g All-purpose flour (1.75 cups), plus extra for kneading
50g sugar (1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
7g instant dry yeast (1 packet)
120ml milk (1/2 cup)
60ml water (1/4 cup) [can subsitute with milk]
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
For filling:
2-3 apples, diced into small cubes
1 tbsp butter
75g brown sugar (3/8cup)
25g granulated sugar (1/8cup)
1tbsp cinnamon powder

1/4 cup softened butter
