Ingredients for apple smoothie
Apple
Milk
Sugar
Recipe for Apple milkshake or apple smoothie or apple shake
Wash and clean one apple
Peel off the apple skin using a peeler
Cut into pieces
Throw away the middle part of the apple alongwith the apple seeds
Add the apple pieces to a blender or mixer
Add one glass of milk
Add sugar or any other substitutes. The substitute to sugar are sweetener or dates or honey or maple syrup or sugar free.
Blender all the ingredients
Add ice cubes which is optional
Served the apple milkshake or apple shake or apple smoothie
