Cinnamon Apple & Cranberry Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe #shorts
Introducing an easy and delicious appetizer: cinnamon apple & cranberry stuffed mushrooms. ???????? This recipe combines mushrooms with cottage cheese, cranberries, walnuts & @elanbio Organic Cinnamon Apples. [AD]
Ingredients:
30 button mushroom
2 tbsp. avocado oil
1 cup organic cottage cheese
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup raw walnuts, chopped
⅓ cup Elan Organic Cinnamon Apples, chopped
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Line a large baking sheet and place the mushrooms on top. Drizzle with oil and place in the oven for 15 min. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cranberries, walnuts and Elan Cinnamon Apples. Mix well. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and fill with the cottage cheese mixture. Place back into the oven for an additional 10 min. Remove from the oven & sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!

Ingrédients:
30 champignons
2 c. à soupe d'huile d'avocat
1 t. de fromage cottage biologique
¼ t. de canneberges séchées
¼ t. de noix de Grenoble crues, hachées
⅓ t. de pommes à la cannelle biologiques Elan, hachées
Persil frais pour garnir
Préparation:
Préchauffer le four à 350℉. Laver les champignons et enlever les tiges. Tapisser une grande plaque à pâtisserie et placer les champignons dessus. Arroser d'huile et mettre au four pendant 15 min. Dans un bol, mélanger le fromage, les canneberges, les noix et les pommes à la cannelle. Sortir les champignons du four et les remplir du mélange. Remettre au four 10 min de plus. Retirer du four et saupoudrer de persil haché. Déguster!

THE BEST CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS | HOW TO MAKE CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS
These Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are so delicious! they are cheesy and full of crab meat! If you are not a mushroom fan...feel free to use the filling as hot dip with bread, or make a crab melt or crab quesadilla!
Ingredients:
12 large mushrooms ( I found I needed about 6 more to use all the filling so if you want to use all the filling for mushrooms, use 18 mushrooms)
2 cups crab meat
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 8oz package of softened cream cheese
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c chopped green onions
2 large cloves minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp worcestishire sauce
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
dash of tobasco
3 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms- Bacon, Onions, Spinach and Cheese
We used 4 large portobello’s for this recipe with easy ingredients and should come together pretty quickly.
Although we used pancetta and gruyere, you can easily substitute bacon and any other type of cheese if you wish.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can easily make it vegetarian or vegan based on the ingredients you want to use. The steps will not change.
To prep your mushrooms-
Remove the stem with a paring knife. Place the knife in the center and rotate the mushroom. Be careful as the mushroom may crack with too much pressure.
Save the stem for the filling.
If you desire, trim the edges of the mushroom with the knife. You may remove the gills to get more internal area for stuffing.
Chop the stems and edges and set aside for the filling.
Brush inside of mushrooms with olive oil.
Our recipe-
Ingredients:
4 each- large portobello mushrooms (cleaned and trimmed)
12 oz- pancetta
8 oz- gruyere cheese (grated)
1 each- large white onion
3 cup- baby spinach (compacted)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Render bacon over medium heat, add onions and mushroom pieces and sauté until bacon is cooked and onions are soft.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the spinach right at the end and turn off the heat. You only want to slightly wilt the spinach as the will continue to cook in the oven.
Remove the mixture and cool slightly. Add 1/2 of the cheese and mix together.
Scoop the mixture into the mushrooms, you can heap above the tops.
Place in a 325 degree oven (covered) for about 25 minutes, based on your oven, you may need additional time. Cook until the mushrooms begin to turn dark brown and are sweating.
Remove the mushrooms, top with the rest of the cheese and broil until bubbly and browned.
