How To make Apricot Bites
3/4 c Dried apricots
1 c Water
1/2 c Margarine
1/4 c Sugar
1 1/3 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Packed brown sugar
2 Large eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract

* Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with margarine. 1. Place apricots and 1 cup water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil,
reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until apricots are tender. Drain and let cool. 2. Fit steel knife blade into the work bowl of a food processor. Into
the work bowl combine margarine, granulated sugar and 1 cup flour. Process until smooth. Spread into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. 3. With steel knife still attached, process drained apricots until
chopped into 1/4-inch pieces. Add 1/3 cup flour, baking powder, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Process until mixed well, about 6-8 seconds. 4. Remove crust from oven, spread apricot mixture evenly over baked
crust and return to oven for 30 minutes longer. 5. Let cool, then cut into 2-inch squares.

Good day! Great healthy snack today. Only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of cooking and the apricot balls are ready)))
INGREDIENTS:
70g whole blanched almonds (without skins)
150g dried apricot
40g rolled-oats
30g unsweetened shredded coconut
COOKING METHOD:
1. Grind the almonds in a bowl of a kitchen processor (not long so as not to turn them into a paste). Add dried apricots and rolled-oats, chop.
2. Form the mixture into balls. Roll them in shredded coconut.

Apricot Coconut Energy Balls!
These delightful bites made from dried apricots, walnuts, and coconut are a guilt-free treat to satisfy your sweet cravings. They also freeze beautifully for later enjoyment.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 18 small balls
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups dried арrісоtѕ (
• 3/4 cup walnuts (
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut (
• 1 tbsp of lemon zest
• 1 tbsp maple ѕуruр
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put apricots in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. You can also chop them finely with a knife.
2. Add walnuts, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, lemon zest, and maple syrup. Process until it forms a cohesive mixture.
3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and coat them with remaining shredded coconut.
4. Refrigerate for at least 15 min before serving, or store in the freezer for later enjoyment. Enjoy!
