How To make Artichoke and Red Pepper Pizza
1 (10-Oz.)Can Pillsbury Refrigerated All Ready Pizza Cru
TOPPING 5 Garlic cloves
peeled
1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
2 red bell peppers :
cut into 1/4-inch st
1 (2.5-Oz.) Ja Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms -- drained
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
or 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves 1 (6-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts -- drained& chopped
1 (2 1/4-oz.) sliced ripe olives -- drained
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 425F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough and place in greased pan; starting at center, press out with hands. Bake at 425F. for 8 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown.
In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, process garlic 10 to 15 seconds or until finely chopped. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the oil. With machine running, add remaining oil all at once through feed tube or opening in top of blender lid. Process 20 to 30 seconds or just until blended. Spread garlic mixture over partially baked crust.
Heat reserved 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat until hot; cook and stir peppers in oil until crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Layer peppers, mushrooms, basil, artichokes and olives over garlic mixture; top with cheeses. Bake at 425=B0 F. for 8 to 14 minutes until crust is golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. 8 servings

Hot Pepper Oil
1Tbsp water
1Tbsp Crushed Calabrese Peppers (Use jalapenos if you can't get these)
2 1/2 tsp Chopped Serrano Peppers (With seeds)
2 tsp Chopped Chile Peppers
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Cup Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients except for the oil. Cook mixture in skillet at medium high heat for about 1 minute. Add the oil and simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before serving on pizza

This pizza recipe is super simple and can literally be made from start to finish in about 20 mins. As a tip, buy fresh mozzarella (the snowman shape) and grate it yourself. The packet or pre-grated cheese contain a caking agent which prevents the cheese from sticking together, but this also ruins the taste and the texture of the mozzarella. The sauce I’m using is a simple quick combination of tomato passata (or pureed tomatoes) and dried basil and if your feelin’ like you need to get your spice on, add some dried chili flakes to the end product. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 180fc/356
1 x handful of artichoke hearts (bottled in brine or water)
1 x thick flat bread or Lebanese bread
1 x Handful baby spinach
1 x handful of freshly grated mozzarella
1 x quarter red onion finely sliced
1 x handful fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Pizza base sauce
2 x tbs tomato passata (or tomato puree, not tomato paste)
1 x tsp dried basil
Salt
Instructions
Roughly chop up artichokes and parsley, finely slice onion
Spoon tomato passata on pizza base, add dried basil, salt, add cheese, vegetables and then a bit more cheese
Place into hot oven for 10-12 minutes
