How To make Asparagus Or Spinach Lasagne
5 lasagne noodles
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 Tsp. crushed thyme
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/3 C. milk
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C. julienne ham
1 (15 oz.) can asparagus or spinach
Cook noodles as directed on package, drain and cut in half. In saucepan cook garlic and thyme in butter. Blend in flour; cook stirring constantly until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. In microwaveable dish layer 1/3 noodles, sauce, cheese, ham and asparagus or spinach. Repeat layers 2 more times. In microwave cover and cook on high 9-10 minutes. Rotate dish twice. 4 servings

Gluten-free, vegetarian and extra delicious: discover how to make Lasagna with asparagus, Jerusalem artichokes and chards. All the ingredients needed to prepare Lasagna with asparagus, Jerusalem artichokes and chards for 4 servings:
- 10 Gluten free Lasagne
- 200g Jerusalem artichokes (or topinambur) 200g Asparagus
- 50 g
- 50 g
- 300 g
- 1 tbs of evoo
- Chards
- Leeks
- Tomato pulp (Barilla sauce)
- 500 gr Milk
- 20 gr Butter
- 20 ml Evoo
- 40 gr Maizena (corn flour) Salt
- 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano

This delicious lasagna with salmon and spinach is easy to make and a real treat for dinner. Layer upon layer of thin pasta with creamy spinach, a cheesy bechamel and delicate salmon taking lasagna to the next level. TIP! Add some oemph with cayenne pepper.

Salmon & Spinach lasagna
Recipe (4 portions)
- 600gr fresh salmon
- 200gr smoked salmon (optional)
- 250gr lasagna sheets
- 1 litre milk
- 2 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 100gr butter
- 100gr flour
- 300gr fresh spinach
- 1tsp corn flour
- Cayenne pepper
- Nutmeg
- Sea salt
- 300gr grated Swiss cheese
- 50gr grated parmesan
Method
- Cook the spinach in a casserole and bind the liquid with corn flour.
- Make a bechamel/white sauce
- Infuse the milk for 20mins with the shallots, garlic and bayleaves
- Melt the butter and cook the flour for about 5mins in the butter
- Stir in the milk and season with salt, cayenne and nutmeg
- Stir in ½ the Swiss cheese and the parmesan
- Layer the lasagna in an oven dish
- Pasta/spinach/salmon/pasta/bechamel/pasta/spinach/salmon/pasta/bechamel/cheese
- Bake for 30mins at 180c/350f
- Let the lasagna settle for at least 2 hours and then reheat.
Easy CHICKEN LASAGNA With Creamy White Sauce
This white sauce Chicken Lasagna is so satisfying with layers of lasagna noodles and tender chicken with a creamy spinach sauce.

CHICKEN LASAGNA INGREDIENTS:
►9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
►4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked from 2 lbs chicken breast)
SPINACH CREAM SAUCE:
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►1 medium onion, finely chopped
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1/3 cup all-purpose flour
►2 1/2 cups chicken broth
►1 1/2 cups half and half (or equal parts of heavy cream and milk)
►5 oz fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
►2 tsp sea salt
►1/2 tsp black pepper
►3 garlic cloves, minced
CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►15 oz ricotta
►1 large egg
►1/4 cup parsley
►1/4 cup parmesan cheese
►3 cups mozzarella cheese
