AVOCADO BROWNIES | easy, healthy recipe
Avocado brownies are rich, fudgy, gluten free and delicious! This easy, healthy brownie recipe is made from wholesome ingredients and the entire recipe comes together in just minutes.
Using avocado for healthy desserts and baked goods is a great way to create a nutritious treat that you can feel good about eating.
Avocado is high in (good) fat and has a creamy, velvety texture. In baking, avocado can replace butter, shortening, and sometimes even eggs. It makes desserts incredibly moist and rich and contributes to their overall health benefits.

AVOCADO BROWNIE RECIPE
1 large avocado
1/2 cup mashed banana or apple sauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8x8 baking dish with butter, coconut oil or cooking spray.
In a food processor or blender, combine; avocado, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla.
In a large bowl and eggs, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, baking soda and avocado mixture.
Using a hand mixer, blend all ingredients together until well mixed.
Pour mixture into the greased baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top (you can also mix some into thew batter if you like it extra chocolatey!
Bake for about 25 minutes or until set through.
Allow to cool completely before cutting. Cut into 9 squares and enjoy.

GIANT Avocado Toast... But It's CAKE | New Year Resolutions | How To Cake It
My rendition of Avocado Toast begins with sweet vanilla cake - carved into the shape of a slice of bread. I dyed my sweet creamy Italian meringue buttercream in muted green and yellow avocado colors, and piled it into an oval shaped pan to chill. Once out of the pan, I sliced it up like an avocado and laid it onto the ìtoastî. Finally I garnished my cake with salt and pepper made of blended rock candy and black dragees, as well as dried cranberries and yellow gumpaste circles as chili flakes.

#shorts Move over banana bread! This quick recipe uses overripe avocados as a key ingredient. No more crying over browned avos! While the avocado doesn’t provide much flavour to this bake, its fattiness keeps it moist. And lime adds a zesty kick! Get the recipe here:
Avocado and Chia Seed Bread!
A wonderfully delicious and healthy cake with full of energy and this is something you are not going to make you feel guilty for devouring this cake!
Preheat oven on 375 degrees F
Ing:
1/2 stick of butter (4 tbsp)
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3 med sized avocados mashed
2 eggs
4 tbsp chia seeds soaked
2 tsps of flex seeds (optional)
2 cups of white all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
Pistachios (optional)
Method
To a mixer add the butter and both the sugars, start your machine on low and beat it, make sure you scrap the bowl, when the machine is on low start adding the egg one by one making sure you scarp the bowl and help combine all the ingredients really well, than slowly add the avocados in slowly, once all the ingredients are combined really well go ahead and add the chia seeds in there and continue beating the mixture until well combined. Mix the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and mix well than slowly add it to the cake mixture until all the ingredients are mixed in really well lastly add the flex seed and vanilla essence. Pour the mixture in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with shortening or butter and put it in the oven for about 1 and a half hour or tooth pick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
