1/4 dark rum 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumb 1/4 cup honey 2 cups ground walnuts confectioners sugar Combine all ingredients except sugar. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Store in tightly covered container.

Recipe:
1 package of Vanilla wafers ground fine 1 1/2 cups nuts ground fine 3/4 c powdered sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 3 tbs light corn syrup 1/2 cup rum 1-8 c powdered sugar* *additonal powdered sugar for rolling*
combine nilla wafer crumbs, chopped nuts, powdered sugar and cocoa powder well. Add 3 tbs corn syrup and 1/2 c rum mix well, by hand or food processor until dough forms shape into one inch balls and roll in additional powdered sugar refrigerate 1-2 days before serving
