How To make Bacon and Egg Casserole
1/4 c Margarine, melted 2 c Unseasoned croutons
2 c Onion/garlic croutons 2 c Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c Milk 6 Eggs
1 tb Prepared mustard 10 Slices bacon
Cook bacon cripsly and crumble Coat a 9x12x2 cassrole dish with vegetable spray. Place croutons in casserole and pour margarine over them. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese. Sprinkle bacon crumbs over all. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes. Allow casserole to stand for 15 minutes. This sausage egg and bacon casserole is delicious and easy, it's perfect for entertaining for brunch or enjoying with family...it's perfect for working parents who want to sleep in on weekends, you can put it together at night, refrigerate and just bake it in the morning...after cooling totally you can cut it into serving sizes and wrap it in freezer wrap and freeze it, it'll freeze for days and easy to warm up and serve... (you can add mushrooms or potatoes etc, or replace any ingredient).

INGREDIENTS
FRENCH LOAF BREAD (YOU CAN USE ANY BREAD YOU LIKE)

This egg casserole recipe is super easy and versatile. We did a double batch because it goes so quickly. It's a great recipe for any holidays or even for dinner! We made it for Christmas and then a couple days later, we had it for dinner. You can find the recipe here:
