Written Recipe:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Aloo (Potatoes) small cubes 2 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 5-6
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add potatoes,mix well & cook until light golden (5-6 minutes).
-Add tomatoes & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes).
-Add salt,black pepper powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add eggs one by one,red chilli crushed & green chillies,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander,cut into slices & serve with paratha & tea.

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent huany tak sauté ker lein.
-Aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (5-6 minutes).
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein,lal mirch crushed aur hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal dein,slices mein cut karein,paratha aur chai ka saath serve karein.

★ INGREDIENTS ★
2 lbs ground beef
Worcestershire sauce
16-18 eggs
2 cups milk
Fresh green onion, diced*
Green, red, or orange peppers diced*
Cherry tomatoes, halved*
2 cups shredded cheese
*Add as many vegetables as your family likes
★ DIRECTIONS ★
1. Preheat oven 350°, grease 9x12 pan.
2. Brown ground beef with Worcestershire sauce to taste, strain, and set aside.
3. Whisk eggs with milk, then pour into the greased pan.
4. Evenly add diced vegetables.
5. Add two cups of cheese – your choice.
6. Add strained ground beef mixture.
7. Gently incorporate everything in the pan.
8. Optional cheese can be added on top.
9. Bake until it's done – 40-45 mins.
