How To make Baked Noodles Mlinci
INGREDIENTS 1/2 c Water, lukewarm
1/4 Cake yeast, (or 1/4 tsp. dry
-pkg yeast) 1 Egg, beaten
1 tb Salad oil
1 ts Salt
2 1/2 c Flour
Source:Treasured Slovenian & International Recipes DIRECTIONS Crumble yeast into lukewarm water and add beaten egg, salt, salad oil and flour. Knead well to make a medium dough. Roll out into rounds as for noodles, only not quite so thin. Pierce each round with a fork and bake in oven at 325 F until a delicate brown on both sides. "Mlinci" are baked on the lowest rack in the oven and must be turned. When baked, cool and break the "mlinci" into a large bowl. Pour over enough salted boiling water to cover and let stand for two minutes. Pour off water into another bowl and drain "mlinci" dry. Once again pour on same water and allow to absorb about one hour. Pour hot melted butter over "mlinci" and serve. You may substitute poultry or pork roast drippings for butter.

Pisani recept - Priprema: Isecite piletinu na sitnije komade, a zatim je kratko proprzite na malo ulja. Sklonite piletinu sa strane. U dubljoj posudi sjedinite kiselu pavlaku i pavlaku za kuvanje, dodajte muskatni orah i zacine po zelji. Sve promesajte.
U duboku serpu sipajte vodu i stavite da prokljuca, zatim u njoj otopite kockicu supe. Pripremite pleh u kojem cete peci mlince. Mlince podelite na tri dela, pa svaki deo kuvajte posebno. Spustajte polako mlince u kljucalu supu, ostavite ih 1-2 minuta, a zatim ih rupicastom kasikom izvadite i slazite u pleh. Poredjajte polovinu pileceg mesa. Sipajte nekoliko kasika sosa od pavlake preko, a zatim izrendajte malo kackavalja. Sada ponovite postupak. Poslednji sprat prelijte preostalim sosom i rendanim kackavaljem.
U prethodno zagrejanoj rerni pecite mlince sa piletinom 25 do 30 minuta. Izvadite ih zatim iz rerne i ostavite kratko da se ohlade.
Isecite mlince sa piletinom na komade zeljene velicine i posluzite ih sa sezonskom salatom kao prilogom.
