How To make Baked Shrimp and Crab Curry
1/4 cup butter
unsalted
1/4 cup scallion :
sliced
1 teaspoon curry powder
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup pasta shells small, cooked
10 medium shrimp :
cooked and chopped
1 cup crabmeat -- fresh
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt three tablespoons butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook scallions, stirring constantly about 10 minutes. Stir in curry powder, flour and salt, mixing well. Add milk, increase heat and cook until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, pasta and seafood, and pour mixture into a buttered baking dish.
Melt remaining tablespoon of butter and combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over seafood mixture and bake uncovered about 30 minutes.

Crab (ഞണ്ട്) - 650 gm (after cleaning)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 4 Tablespoons (60 ml)
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1 Inch Piece (Crushed)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 8 Cloves (Crushed)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos (Chopped)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 3 Sprigs
Onion (സവോള) - 4 Nos (500 gm) - Sliced
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 15 Nos (Sliced)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1¼ Tablespoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - 1¼ Tablespoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1 Teaspoon
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No (Chopped)
Lime / Lemon Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) - 1 Teaspoon
Hot Water (ചൂടുവെള്ളം) - ½ Cup (125 ml)
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon

Prawn & Crab Curry Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients
Fry:
Levelled tsp methi seeds
Add oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2tsp ginger & garlic
1.5kg crab
6-8 tomatoes ( liquidize with 2 green chillies & a stem of curry leaves) set aside.
Oil
2 Onions
4green chilies
1stem curry leaves
1/2 to 1 tsp ginger & garlic
1 cinnamon stick
Bay leaves
2tsp turmeric
2tsp cumin ( jeera) powder
2tsp roasted Dhania powder
1/2 tsp somph
1/4 tsp elachi powder
3 tbs Kashmiri chilli powder
2tbs tamarind mixed in 2-2.5cups water
Add crab & salt to taste
Prawns ( 1kg) deveined with shells on , add handful of fresh coriander
1/2 cup boiling water
Chilli oil:
Oil
Curry leaves
1tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
Garnish with fresh coriander

2-3 tablespoon veg oil

1 heaping table spoon green seasoning
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 small onion
2 pimento peppers
5 Bird Pepper (bird's eye - or any pepper you have/like)
