17 oz (500 g) pasta of choice e.g. gluten-free
12 oz of (340 g) mushrooms
5 oz of (140 g) spinach
1 small/medium-sized head of (500 g) cauliflower cut into florets
1 1/2 - 2 cups of (360-480 ml) vegetable broth
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup (80 ml) coconut milk canned
1-2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried Italian mixed herbs
1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 batch of (200 g) vegan cheese sauce (or vegan cheese of choice)

Cheesy Beef and Spinach Pasta Bake | One Pot Chef
Nothing beats my Cheesy Beef and Spinach Pasta Bake when you need some comfort food! This easy to assemble pasta bake features classic flavours, simple ingredients and requires minimal effort. Spiral pasta is combined with a delicious tomato, beef and spinach sauce then topped with mozzarella cheese. Baked until golden, this fabulous weeknight dinner will keep everyone happy - Try it today :)
Ingredients:
500g of Lean Beef Mince (or any meat you prefer)
500g of Spiral Pasta (or any small pasta you prefer)
Olive Oil
1 Small Brown Onion (chopped)
2 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
2 Teaspoons of Dried Mixed Italian Herbs
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
3 x 400g Cans of Diced Tomatoes
Approx. 100g of Baby Spinach Leaves
2 Cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese or other grated cheese
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 40 minutes approx.

3 layered baked spinach rice pasta
A hot, cheesy main course can be relished at any time. Its a complete meal with a most delectable combination of spinach, rice and pasta, when baked with top cheese layer becomes irresistible to anyone when serve hot ....
Ingredients (serve for 6)
1 - 1.25 cup / 400 gms. grated cheese (cheddar + mozzarella cheese)
3 tbsp butter
for spinach layer (the bottom layer)
500 gms spinach / palak
1.5 tsp garlic, chopped
2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp oil
1 cup onion, finely chopped
salt - to taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 cup milk
for rice layer (the middle layer)
1.25 cups rice
salt
2 tsp oil
for pasta layer( top layer)
2 - 2.25 cup pasta, any shape
1 cup onion, finely chopped
salt - to taste
1 kg.tomatoes, puree
salt - to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano seasoning
3-4 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
procedure
1. for spinach layer - blanch spinach in hot boiling water for a while, remove immidiately, cool down, put in a grinder, add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Grind into a fine paste.
2. tempering spinach - heat oil in a pan, add onion, cook golden brown, add spinach paste, salt and chaat masala. Add milk and cook till all moisture evaporates.
3. for rice layer - boil rice in hot boiling water with little salt and oil. Take care for not to over boil, all rice grains should be separated with each other.
4. for pasta layer - boil pasta in hot boiling water, sieve it.
5. tempering pasta - heat oil in a pan, add onion, cook golden brown, add tomato puree, reduce it to half on moderate high heat. Add pasta, salt, sugar, chilli flakes, oregano, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Stir well.
Assembly -
Grease a baking dish, evenly spread spinach layer then rice layer and then spread pasta as a top layer. sprinkle cheese, covering the whole baking dish. Add dots of butter randomly to avoid burning cheese in the oven. Bake / grill at 180 degree C for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot
