Ingredients
????1 + 1/2 cup oats
????2 cups whole wheat flour
????1/2 cup cocoa powder
????1/2 cup jaggery
????2 tsp baking powder
????1/2 tsp baking soda
For preparation
????1 cup pancake mix
????3/4 cup buttermilk (3/4 cup milk + 1/2 tbsp vinegar)
????3 tbsp olive oil
Method :
1. Add the measured oats, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, jaggery powder, baking powder and baking soda in a blender and grind till everything is mixed evenly into a powder form.
2. The pancake mix is ready.
You can store it in an airtight container for upto 4-6 weeks.
3. To make one batch, add 1 cup of premix in a bowl and combine it with buttermilk and oil to make a smooth batter.
4. Cook the pancakes on low heat till nicely cooked on both sides.
1 cup premix makes - 8 pancakes
Entire batch makes - 36 pancakes

Fluffy Pancakes recipe using bisquick mix
This makes about 12 pancakes
Ingredients:
-2 cups of bisquick baking mix
-2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
-1/2 tsp nutmeg
-bowl,stirring spatula,and pans
-Canola vegetable oil
-1/4 spoon
Recipe:
- measure 2 cups of bisquick pancake and baking mix into a clean bowl
- measure 1 cup of milk using your the measuring cup
- Break 2 eggs into a bowl
- add 1/2tsp of nutmeg into dry ingredients
- pour the milk into the eggs and whisk till totally mixed
- pour mixture into the dry ingredients and mix all together to incorporate it.
- place the frying pan on the stove and place on medium heat
- oil pan and allow pan to get hot
- measure 1/4 cup of mixed batter and pour onto the heated pan
- Allow the batter to stay for at least 3-5mins then flip pancake to allow the other side turn golden brown
- Repeat procedure till all batter are made into pancakes
- pour sugar free marple syrup and place blueberries and strawberries
- serve with cold drink or hot coffee as preferred

Mixing Pancakes the Perfect Amount
Pancakes (yield: 1 dozen pancakes)
2 c (280g) AP flour
1/4 c (50g) maple sugar
1 tbsp (12g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda
1/2 tsp (3g) fine salt
1.5 c (341g) milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz (57g) melted butter or vegetable oil
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. In a separate container, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Add in the melted butter or oil.
3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix just until you can't see dry flour (there will be some lumps).
4. Scoop onto a lightly greased griddle, cook until the bottom is golden, flip, and cook until golden again.

2 tbsp granulated sugar
200 ml milk
1 + ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla powder
To cook;
Oil
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1- Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
2- Add 200 ml of milk, 1 + ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tsp vanilla powder. Beat until you have a smooth batter.
3- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
4- Gently pour about 1 tbsp of batter onto the hot pan.
5- Wait until the bubbles form on the surface and once they start popping, flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden.
6- Repeat until all the batter is used up.
7- Once both sides are golden, transfer to a serving plate!
