Home Café | How to make Banana Bread ????
Recently, I fall in love with banana bread.
It's very easy and convenient recipe to save your overripe banana.
I kept on practicing it even until today because practice makes perfect.
When I travel to Sydney last year, I visited O cafe in Surry Hills.
I tried its infamous Banana Bread with espresso butter.
I have to say it's one of the best dessert I ever tried.
So I re make the espresso butter too.
It reminds me of Sydney.

#sydneyruddock #bananabread
Hey folks, welcome back to the channel! Sorry it took so long to upload another video, school just started and it's getting crazy.
I made some banana bread... now it's your turn! ENJOY!
BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas
If desired you can add any of these extra ingredients
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup pecans
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. (I used four 6x3.5 loaf pans which took 45 mins to cook)
2) In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
3) Bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
