How To make Banana French Toast/Ww
6 tablespoons Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Sugar substitute to equal 1 -- ts 1/2 cup Egg substitute
4 slices Reduced-calorie white bread
1 medium Banana -- sliced
1/4 cup Red.-cal. maple-flavored -- syrup
1. In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla, and sugar
substitute. Set aside. 2. Pour egg substitute into shallow bowl; dip bread in egg substitute, coating both sides and absorbing all liquid. 3. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; over medium heat, cook bread until browned on both sides. Remove to heated platter, cover, and keep warm. In same skillet, quickly cook banana slices until golden on each side. 4. Place 2 slices bread on each serving plate; top evenly with yogurt mixture, banana slices, and syrup. Each serving (2 slices) provides: 1/2 milk; 1 protein; 1 bread; 1/2 fruit; 25 optional calories. Per serving: 239 calories, 12 g protein, 2 g fat, 48 g carbohydrate, 150 mg calcium, 385 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol, 2 g dietary

How To make Banana French Toast/Ww's Videos
FRENCH TOAST AND FRIED BANANAS!
I used 2 slices of Betty Bread 2sp,
1/4 cup of both egg whites and egg creations 0sp
Sprinkle cinnamon and vanilla to egg mixture and a drop of milk ( I used silk almond 0sp for about 2 tbs).
Heat a skillet on medium and use spray pam and or spray butter ( real butter or margarine is fine but add the smart points value).
Dip the bread in egg mixture and fry on one side until brown than flip over . Dont rush because you dont want it to burn. Once both sides are brown you can put them on a plate. Than add Swerve icing sugar/ cinnamon sugar blend or no sugar syrup!!!!
I slice bananas on a slant and add a mixture of truvia/ cinnamon sugar to it. While cooking your bread add pam to another skillet on medium. Once hot add the bananas and turn over when browned then add more cinnamon sugar blend!!
IF YOU WANT YOU COULD ALSO ADD PB2 ON TOP THAT WOULD BE DELICIOUS TOO!
If you have extra egg mixture you can scramble that up and eat on the side!! I like to add fresh fruit on the side to bulk it up!! Very filling, delicious and a quick breakfast!

I always use this bread when making French toast...and when I’m making just plain French toast dipped in egg with a little vanilla & cinnamon, that means I can eat four slices of French toast for only 3SP. That’s a hearty breakfast! I elevated my French toast, though, by adding a banana cream cheese filling. You can eat one French toast sandwich for 4SP or you can have both French toast sandwiches in this recipe, if you’re really hungry, for 7SP. I hope you enjoy this!
