No Bake Banana Split Cake Recipe by Food Fusion

Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate chopped 100g
-Olper’s cream 50ml
Prepare Crust:
-Caramelized biscuits or Biscuits of your choice 300g
-Makhan (Butter) melted 70g
Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer:
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s cream chilled 500ml
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-Cream cheese 200ml
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Banana 3 or as required
-Pineapple chunks 1 Cup or as required
-Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped as required
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Crust:
-In a chopper,add caramelized biscuits & process until finely crushed.
-Add butter & process until well combined.
-In a serving dish,add add crumble mixture & press firmly to create an even layer and refrigerate until set (30 minutes).
Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form & set aside.
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-In another bowl,add cream cheese,icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat well.
-Add 1/3rd portion of whipped cream in mixture & beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
-Transfer remaining whipped cream to a piping bag & set aside for later use.
Assembling:
-On serving dish,add & spread prepared cream cheese layer.
-Cut thin slices of banana.
-Add banana slices,pineapple chunks,olper’s whipped cream layer & refrigerate until chilled (2-3 hours).
-Decorate with prepared chocolate ganache,walnuts & cherry.
-Serve chilled!

-Chopper mein caramelized biscuits dal dein aur finely crushed hunay tak process ker lein.
-Makhan dal dein aur combine hunay tak process ker lein.
-Serving dish mein crumble mixture dal dein aur dish ki base mein firmly set ker ka layer bana lein aur set hunay tak refrigerate ker lein (30 minutes).
Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer:
-Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper sa dosra bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-Alag bowl mein cream cheese,icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Whipped cream ka 1/3rd portion ko mixture mein dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Remaining whipped cream ko piping bag mein transfer ker lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein tayyar cream cheese layer dal ker pheela lein.
-Banana ko slices mein cut ker lein.
-Banana slices,pineapple chunk aur olper’s whipped cream layer dal dein aur thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (2-3 hours).
-Tayyar chocolate ganache,akhrot & cheery sa decorate ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!

Ingredients:
-2 cups crushed graham cracker(2 bags from box)
-1/2 cup butter melted
Mix graham cracker and butter, press in bottom of cake pan (9 X 13). Put in freezer.
1st Layer-
-2 cups powder sugar
-2 eggs
-1 cup butter melted
Beat all together for 10 minutes with mixer.
2nd Layer-
-4-large bananas sliced/spread
3rd Layer-
-20oz can crushed pineapple -drained
Sprinkle on bananas.
4th Layer-
-8oz cool whip tub (let it get soft-not frozen).
-Chocolate syrup
-16oz jar of cherry's on top
-Walnuts
Chill in fridge for 4hrs or overnight and enjoy!

This no-bake banana split cake recipe offers all the flavors of a banana split sundae wrapped up into an ice-box cake.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of sifted powdered sugar
1 ¼ cup of soft butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 medium bananas
9 ounces of cool whip
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
4 ounces of maraschino cherries
20 ounce can of crushed pineapple well drained
2 cups of graham crackers crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt ½ a cup of butter and mix together with 2 cup graham crackers. Pat this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 by 13 pan.
Beat powdered sugar, soft butter, and vanilla for about 5 minutes, until well incorporated.
Spread the mix evenly over the graham cracker crumb crust. Send this to the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Drain pineapple and spread over cream mixture.
Arrange bananas over pineapple.
Cover with Cool Whip, sprinkle with pecans.
Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish with sliced cherries before serving.

Every year for my birthday, I bake an ice cream inspired cake! This year, I decided to cake a GIANT BANANA SPLIT! I used my Ultimate Vanilla, Ultimate Chocolate, AND my personal favourite Banana Cake, stacked with Italian meringue buttercream. No Bake Banana Split Dessert
Delicious, rich and creamy, with all the ingredients you love in a banana split, this no-bake Banana Split dessert will be one you make again and again.
RECIPE :
Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cups butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) container Cool-Whip, thawed or 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, stemmed
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
hot fudge sauce, slightly warmed
1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Firmly press into a crust in the bottom of 9x13 glass or porcelain dish, let it chill in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up.
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, 1/4 cups butter, and the powdered sugar until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Don’t be tempted to add milk, it will take a few minutes, but the mixture will blend up perfectly!
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
Spread pineapple chunks evenly over the bananas.
Evenly spread the Cool-Whip over the pineapple-banana layer using a rubber spatula.
Garnish with the pecans/walnuts and maraschino cherries.
Drizzle the chocolate fudge over the dessert and then sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles over the surface.
Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting to allow the layers to set.
