1 Medium Onion (Add To Water)
2 Bay Leaves (Optional)
BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2- 3 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Honey Jack Daniels
Cole Slaw
1 Bag Cole Slaw (Sold At Local Grocers)
1/2 - 1 Red Onion Sliced
1 Cup Mayo
Pinch Salt To Taste
Ground Black Pepper To Taste
2-3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Ground Mustard
Preparation
Using A Pot Filled With Water On Medium Heat, When Water Comes To A Slow Rolling Boil Add Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, And Medium Onion.
Taking Cleaned Chicken Pieces Add To Pot And Allow To Steam For 40-45 Minutes Until Chicken Is Tender.
Removing Chicken From Pot, Along With Onions And Some Of The Liquid, Shred Chicken.
Taking Ketchup Add Water, Orange Juice, Smoked Paprika, Minced Garlic, Ground Black Pepper, Light Brown Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Honey And Honey Jack Daniels.
Combining All Ingredients And Using Low Medium Heat Add To Sauce Pot And Allow Sauce To Reduce Or Thicken.
Taking Shredded Chicken Add To Reduced BBQ Sauce. Combining Chicken With Sauce Allow To Come To A Slow Simmer Before Turning Stovetop Off And Setting Aside.
Cole Slaw
Using A Fresh Bag Of Cole Slaw Add Mayo, Salt, Sugar, Red Onions, Ground Black Pepper And Ground Mustard. Stirring Well To Incorporate All Ingredients.
Using A Toasted Potato Roll Add Cole Slaw And BBQ Pulled Chicken.

1 bolsa de ensalada de col (Se vende en Tienda de comestibles locales)
1/2 - 1 cebolla roja en rodajas
1 Copa de Mayo
Una pizca de sal al gusto
Tierra Negro pimienta al gusto
2-3 cucharadas de azúcar
1 cucharadita de mostaza de tierra seca
Preparación
En una olla llena de agua a fuego medio, cuando el agua entra a un lento balanceo Hervir Añadir sal, tierra Negro pimienta, cebolla en polvo, ajo en polvo, cebolla y media.
Tomando limpio Piezas de pollo Añadir a la olla y dejar de vapor durante 40-45 minutos hasta que el pollo esté tierno.
Extracción de pollo de la olla, junto con la cebolla y algunos de los líquidos, Triturar pollo.
Tomando Ketchup Añadir agua, jugo de naranja, ahumado Pimentón, Ajo Picado, Planta Negro pimienta, azúcar marrón claro, vinagre de manzana, salsa Worcestershire, la miel y la miel Jack Daniels.
Combinar todos los ingredientes y Uso Bajo Medio Heat Añadir a la salsa de pote y dejar que la salsa para reducir.
Tomando Pollo Desmenuzado Añadir a la salsa de barbacoa reducido. La combinación de pollo con salsa Permitir que asistir a fuego lento antes de dar vuelta apagado quemadores y dejando de lado.
Ensalada de repollo
El uso de una bolsa fresco de ensalada de repollo Añadir Mayo, sal, azúcar, cebollas rojas, tierra Negro Pimienta y Mostaza de tierra. Revolviendo bien para incorporar todos los ingredientes.
El uso de un rollo de patata tostado Añadir ensalada de col y barbacoa sacó de pollo.

For Pulled BBQ Chicken Recipe, the first thing you’ll need is a couple whole chickens from the grocery store. Remove the chickens from the cryovac packaging and rinse under cool water in the sink.
Place the chicken in a large container and pat the skin dry with paper towel. Hit the outside of each bird with a good dose of Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic (my Killer Hog’s AP seasoning goes great here). Then layer on your favorite BBQ Rub to create a “Chicken Bark”
Anytime I’m smoking chicken I run my pit at a higher temperature. 275⁰ is optimal for getting the meat done and cooking the skin. There’s nothing worse than rubbery chicken skin, so ramp that cooking temperature up and you won’t have a problem.
For this cook, I’m using my Ole Hickory Ace MM set for 275⁰ with a little pecan chunks thrown right on the hot coals for smoke. Pecan is my go to wood for chicken.
When the smoker is up to temp, place the chicken breast side up on the rack and close the lid. It’ll take about 3 hours for these to smoke, but after an hour or so insert a wired probe thermometer (I use the Chef Alarm by Thermoworks) to keep an eye on the internal temperature. Chicken is done when the white meat hits 165⁰ and the dark meat hits 175⁰. Always be sure to check in the thickest part of the meat away from the bone.
While the chicken is doing its’ thing on the smoker, it’s a good time to put together the slaw used for building the sandwiches.
Blue Cheese Slaw Recipe
10oz Shredded Red Cabbage
½ cup White BBQ Sauce (recipe below)
¼ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
3 Green Onions sliced fine
2 tablespoons White Sugar
1 teaspoon Celery Seed
Combine these ingredients and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
After about 3 hours of cooking, the internals should be right where you want them. Double check the internals after the alarm sounds on the thermometer just to be safe. You’ll need a hand held thermometer for this (Thermapen is your best friend).
Remove the chickens from the smoker and cover loosely with foil inside on the counter. They’ll need to rest at least 15-20 minutes before pulling.
Remove the legs, wings, breast, and thighs. The meat will still be hot, so use a pair of glove liners underneath a pair of nitrile gloves. Pull the meat into equal size portions separating any bones or cartilage working through the whole carcass.
Once all the meat is pulled, it’s time to build the sandwiches.
Split open a jumbo burger bun and pile a good bit of the chicken on the bottom half, drizzle with White BBQ Sauce.

White BBQ Sauce Recipe:
2 cups Mayonnaise (use a good mayo like Duke’s or Blue Plate)
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Black Pepper (course ground)
1 tablespoon White Sugar
1 heaping teaspoon Prepared Horse Radish
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
Juice from 2 Lemons
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl using a wire whisk until smooth. Pour into a mason jar and refrigerate for several hours.

-Add capsicum,cover and cook until done for 3-5 minutes.
-Grease sandwich maker grill with butter,place bread slice,add filling and cheddar cheese,cover with another bread slice,spread butter and cook in a preheated sandwich maker according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown and cheese is melted.
-Grease grill pan with butter,place bread slice,add filling and cheddar cheese,cover with another bread slice,spread butter and grill the sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted.
