Pan Roasted Speckled Trout
What a 5-star chef does with speckled trout
Louisiana lets anglers bring their freshly caught fish to local restaurants to have the fillets prepared by chefs who daily produce the best dishes in the world. This week, Marsh Man Masson did just that, toting a Ziploc stuffed with speckled trout fillets to the French Quarter and handing them over to Devan Giddix, chef de cuisine at the legendary Bourbon House.
It proved to be a very wise choice.

Catch and Cook | Pan Fried Speckled Trout | Kris Harper Show
Here's my go-to quick and easy method for pan frying fish. I actually prefer it to deep frying fish, so give it a chance and maybe you will, too. I didn't include ingredients/steps for this recipe, as you can substitute with your own, and the sky is the limit on your options!
Thanks for watching, and it certainly helps me out when you all give the video a like, subscribe to the channel, and tell others about it as well, so thanks so much for your help!
