How To make Barley Nut Muffins
3/4 c AM Barley or Buckwheat Flour
3/4 c AM Whole Wheat Flour
2 ts Non-alum baking powder
2 ts Sea salt (optional)
1/4 c Raw honey
1 Egg; beaten
-OR- egg replacer 1/2 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 c Fresh milk or water
-OR- milk substitute 1/2 c Pecans
Combine dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients thoroughly. Add dry ingredients. Stir until moist, but not smooth. Stir in pecans. Fill well-oiled muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F. for 15 minutes. 85 g rolled oats(~1 cup)
fry for few minutes at medium heat
60 g walnuts(2.11 oz)
roast walnuts for few minutes at medium heat
80 g pitted dates(2.82 oz)
75 g dark chocolate(2.65 oz)
refrigerate for 15 minutes

Buckwheat Breakfast Muffins Recipe | Gluten Free Muffins Recipe | The Sweetest Journey
Learn how to make a delicious breakfast muffin with buckwheat flour, sweetened naturally, and with no eggs, and no dairy.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mashed Banana (About 2 Bananas)
2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (30ml)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Natural Peanut Butter (128g)
3/4 Cup Buckwheat Flour (90g)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (5g)
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda (1.25g)
1 Cup Chopped Strawberries (150g)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the banana, honey and peanut butter until well combined. Stir in the buckwheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda just until combined. Fold in the strawberries. Grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray or line with paper liners. Fill each cup about 3/4 full with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let stand in tin 5 minutes then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

yeast - 8 g (0.29 oz)
LEAVE 10 minutes
flour - 120 g (4.23 oz)
sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
TO LEAVEN 20 minutes
flour - 450 g (15.9 oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes
TO LEAVEN 20 min, in the formwork
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes

Today it's all about Shavuot, and we’ll make some barley apple cakes. This one is a different version of the barley cakes I’ve shared with you in the previous video. This time, we’ll add some apples, cranberries, pecans, and cinnamon. So we are totally going to change this up and make a delicious barley bread barley cake just for you and your family to use to celebrate during this festival of harvest.
Now we're going to make this recipe similar to the last recipe but with a few changes. Here are the ingredients for this barley apple cake recipe:
1 - 1/2 cups barley flour
1/2 cup spelt (or hard white wheat, regular wheat, hard red wheat)
1 tsp each of baking powder and salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup cranberries, soaked in hot apple juice
Tips:
1. Soak the cranberries in hot apple juice to plump them up, so they’re not hard and chewy.
2. Don’t mix the cranberries in water as it will leach out the tartness.
Use an 8 x 8 pan and prepare with some organic spray to keep it from sticking. You could also use parchment paper as well to line the pan and that would work really well.
Bake in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes, and it should be ready to go!
