CHEESECAKE || Bahan ringkas mudah lebih jimat buat sendiri #99
Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera terima kasih pada yang sudi luang masa menonton & meninggalkan komen. Srmoga hari-hari anda yang mendatang lebih baik dari semalam saya doakan.
Semoga saya sendiri juga dapat memperbetulkan kekurangan & memberikan yang lebih terbaik lepas ni insyaallah.
Untuk kali ni saya kongsikan resepi pencuci mulut yang sedap tapi agak mahal diluar. Apakata kita cuba buat sendiri sebab cara & bahannya memang sangat mudah & ringkas. Mungkin lepas ni dah x pyah beli cheesecake kat luar bole buat seniri bila nak makan ????
* Ada 1 bahan tambahan yang saya guna iaitu jem buah rozel. Yang ni jangan susah2 nak cari atau buat ya. Anda boleh tukar dengan apa2 filing lain yang ada dijual di kedai bahan kek. Beli pek kecik pun dah cukup sebab guna sedikit sahaja. kalau tak nak letak pun boleh ya tidak ada masalah. Semoga bermanfaat resepi ni buat anda.
BAHAN-BAHAN DASAR KEK ::
????12 kpg biskut bijirin (saya guna jenama mybiscuit sebab sedap dan rapuh)
???? 40g marjerin (cairkan atas api sederhana kemudian sejukkan. Selalunya saya cairkan lebih awal sebelum hancurkan biskut)
???? kisar biskut hingga halus gaul bersama marjerin ratakan simpan dalam peti sejuk 15 minit supaya dasar kek mengeras sedikit tak hancur bila kita potong.
BANCUHAN BADAN CHEESECAKE :
???? 500g krim keju
???? 250g krim putar
???? 40g gula (kalau suka manis bole tambah gula. Saya suka kurang manis tak muak bila makan)
???? 5g serbuk gelatin
???? 4sb air suam (campur dengan gelatin gaul hingga gelatin larut)
???? filing (boleh tukar apa2 filing lain)
???? 10kpg biskut oreo (kisar halus untuk taburan atas kek)

This time I'm sharing a dessert recipe that is delicious but quite expensive outside. Why don't we try to make it ourselves because the method & ingredients are very simple & simple. Maybe after this, I won't buy cheesecake outside, so I can make it into a cake when I want to eat it ????
* There is 1 additional ingredient that I use, which is rozel fruit jam. This one should not be difficult to find or make. You can change it with any other fillings that are sold in cake shops. Even buying a small pack is enough because you only use a little bit. if you don't want to put it, you can, no problem. Hope this recipe is useful for you.
BASIC CAKE INGREDIENTS ::
???? 12 pcs cereal biscuits (I use the mybiscuit brand because it's delicious and brittle)
???? 40g margarine (melt over medium heat then cool. I usually melt before crushing the biscuits)
???? grind the biscuits until smooth, mix with the margarine and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes so that the base of the cake hardens a little and doesn't crumble when we cut it.
CHEESECAKE BODY MIXTURE:
???? 500g cream cheese
???? 250g whipped cream
???? 40g sugar (if you like it sweet, you can add more sugar. I like it less sweet so I don't get sick when I eat it)
???? 5g gelatin powder
???? 4 tbsp warm water (mix with gelatin until gelatin dissolves)
???? filing (you can change any other filing)
???? 10 pieces of finely ground oreo cookies to sprinkle on top of the cake

Cheesy Tava Paneer Hot Dog Recipe | Cheeseburst Hot Dog | Chef Sanjyot Keer
Full written recipe for Cheesy tava paneer hot dog
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves- 12-14 hot dogs
For the paneer filling
Ingredients:
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Green chillies 2 nos. (chopped)
• Onion 3 medium sized (chopped)
• Capsicum 1 medium sized (chopped)
• Powdered spices:
1. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
2. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
3. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
4. Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
• Tomatoes 3-4 medium sized (chopped)
• Salt to taste
• Ketchup 2 tbsp
• Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
• Garam masala a pinch
• Paneer 350 gm
• Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Method:
• In a wok heat oil, add jeera and allow it to crackle, further add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and sauté for a minute on medium flame.
• Add chopped onions and cook on medium high flame until they are translucent.
• Add capsicum and sauté for 1-2 minute.
• Lower the flame and add the powdered spices, mix well and cook for a minute.
• Increase the flame and add tomatoes, salt to taste, ketchup, red chilli sauce and garam masala a pinch, cook until the tomatoes are mushy.
• Add the paneer, mix gently & cook for 3-4 minutes on medium high flame, finish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Paneer filling is ready. Keep aside to be used as a filling.
For caramelized onions
Ingredients:
• Oil 1 tsp + butter 1 tbsp
• Onions 5-6 medium size (sliced thickly)
• Salt a large pinch
• Sugar a large pinch
Methods:
• Set a pan or wok on high flame, add butter & oil, further add thickly sliced onions, a large pinch add salt & sugar, stir lightly, let them sit and cook until the onions get some color.
• Do stir them in intervals but avoid too much stirring, and allow the onions to cook and get their own color. Keep the flame to medium high.
• Your caramelized onions are ready, keep aside to be used a topping in the hot dog.
For cheese sauce
Ingredients:
• Processed Cheese 250 gm
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Milk 50-100 ml
Methods:
• Set some water to boil in a vessel. Place a bowl on top to form a double boiler.
• Now add in the cheese, butter & some milk. Start whisking and let the cheese melt.
• Add the milk gradually & while whisking continuously.
• Once the cheese has melted completely & the cheesy dip has its thick consistency you can now serve it.
• You can store it in the fridge but the dip tends to solidify a bit. You can run it in the microwave oven for a few seconds and you are good to go.
Tip: If you have a microwave oven, you can avoid the double boiler method & add the cheese butter and milk in a bowl, whisk and give 30 second heat waves and mix until you achieve the right consistency to make the dip.
Assembly
Ingredients:
• Hot dog buns 6 nos.
• Butter 1 tbsp (For toasting hot dog buns)
• Masala Paneer filling
• Caramelized onions
• Cheese sauce
Methods:
• Take the hot dog bun and make a slit to divide in two equal halves like we do for vadapav.
• Set a pan on medium heat, add butter and toast the bun on both the sides until light golden brown in color.
• Now, spread a dollop of cheese sauce over the toasted hot dog bun and add the paneer filling, top it with some caramelized onions, and drop good amount of cheese sauce over the filling, close and the cheesy tava paneer hot dogs are ready. Serve them hot with some hot crispy fries and ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
