전란 40g, 바질 4g(선택), 찐감자 200g, 소금약간
만들 때 유념할 점
1. 사용되는 가루재료(박력분, 베이킹파우더)와 생크림, 버터는 냉장고에 보관되었던 차가운 상태의 재료들을 사용하십시오.
2. 반죽 성형시 힘을 가하지 말고 최대한 부드럽게 터치하셔서 모양을 만드셔야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 스콘이 단단하고 맛이 떨어지게 됩니다.

PARMESAN CHEESE 55g, FRESH CREAM 80g,
EGGS 40g, DRIED BASIL 4g(optional), COOKED POTATO 200g, PINCH OF SALT
Things to keep in mind
1. Use the cold ingredients stored in the refrigerator for the powdered ingredients (cake flour, baking powder), fresh cream and butter.
2. When forming the dough, do not apply force, but make a shape by touching it as gently as possible. Otherwise, the scone will be hard and the taste will deteriorate.

Parmesan Crisps with Marinara Sauce Recipe
Parmesan Crisps with Marinara Sauce - a quick appetizer idea that is so easy to prepare that you can hardly call it a recipe. With just few ingredients you can have a low-carb appetizer that everybody will enjoy.

Ingredients
Makes about 20 crisps
1 cup (100g) Parmesan, finely grated
Freshly ground black pepper
Dry oregano
Marinara Sauce
1 pound (450g) can or fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 tbsp (14g) olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp (3g) sugar
1 bay leaf
1 tsp (1g) dry oregano
fresh basil
red pepper flakes, optional
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
2. Place heaping tablespoons of Parmesan at least 1 inch (3cm) apart, flattening slightly. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and dry oregano on top of each.
3. Bake for about 6-8 minutes until golden and crisp.
4. Cool completely.
5. Prepare the marinara sauce. In a medium sauce pan heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic, cook few seconds then stir in diced tomatoes. Add sugar, basil, oregano, bay leaf, pepper flakes if used, salt and pepper.
6. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 20-25 minutes, until slightly reduced and thickened.
7. When done, remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
8. It keeps well refrigerated for up to a week or freeze until ready to use.
