How To make Bean Burgers
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 Med size onion, finely chop
1 Clove garlic,finely chopped
2 c Cooked pinto, pea, or
Kidney beans, drain & mash 1/4 c Chopped parsley
1/2 c Whole wheat bread crumbs
2 Egg yolks
2 tb Cream or milk
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 ts Dried oregano
Wheat germ Butter for sauteeing Barbeque sauce 1. Heat the oil in a small skillet and saute the onion and garlic until
tender but not browned. Combine with the beans, parsley, crumbs, egg yolks, cream, salt, pepper, and oregano and mix well. 2. Shape into 4 burgers and coat with wheat germ. Chill for 1 hour or longer. 3. Melt the butter in a large heavy skillet and saute burgers until lightly browned. Serve with barbeque sauce.

BLACK BEAN RECIPE:
Here is what you will need!
RECIPE:
Yields 5 patties
Ingredients:
2 cups of homemade black beans
1 cup of corn
1/2 onion, minced
1/2 red pepper, minced
1/2 - 1 cup of plain breadcrumbs
Creole Seasoning to taste
Smoked Paprika to taste
Ground Cumin to taste
Liquid Smoke (Hickory)
Instructions:
Mix ingredients well. Cook for 30 -35 minutes on 450

Tonight the Brown family was in rare form lol but the burgers were still a success!! Here are the ingredients :
Black beans
Brown rice
Shitake Mushrooms
Red and green peppers
Onions
Garlic powder
Salt free spices
BBQ Dry rub
Liquid smoke
Bread crumbs
Brown rice flour
Grapeseed oil
And we are going to grind it up in my Ninja
Then make our patties
Throw them in the airfryer
Then honey we gonna eat good!!
