Cheesy Refried Bean Dip (Only 10 MINUTES Prep!!!)
This Refried #BeanDip is perfect for serving as a #gameday recipe (especially the Super Bowl) but it goes great on any party table and works for any occasion!
This isn’t just any #partydip! This one comes together in 10 minutes, it’s loaded with cheese, and is served hot and bubbly! There’s almost no prep, minus grating cheese and slicing green onions.
Taking the time to grate your own cheese will really improve the texture of your dip, however, it’s not totally necessary. If you have a food processor, use it fitted with the shredder attachment to do all of the work for you!
If you’re in a pinch for time, go ahead and buy pre-shredded cheese. As for the green onions, these are totally optional, and you can feel free to leave them out if you’d like.
The rest of this bean dip #recipe goes like this:
1. Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
2. Add the canned #refriedbeans and mix those in as well.
3. Add hot sauce, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese and mix again.
4. Transfer the contents to a baking dish, and top with the remaining cheese.
5. Lastly, bake until bubbly!

Easy Refried Bean Dip
Easy to make refried bean dip is so delicious you won’t be able to stop eating. With simple ingredients it comes together in less than 10 minutes.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 18 minutes
Servings: 12 servings
Ingredients
16oz refried bean (canned or homemade)
4oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
4 teaspoon taco seasoning
¼ cup mild green chilies (drained and chopped)
¼ cup jalapenos (deseeded and chopped) – adjust quantity according to your taste preference
2 green onion, white and green part separately chopped
1 ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated, divided
1 ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated, divided
For Garnish
Fresh cilantro
Green onion
Pico De Gallo (optional)
Few Jalapeno slices
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven at 350°F. In a bowl add refried bean, softened cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Using a stand mixer or a hand blender or whisk beat it together until combined. You want to have a smooth mix.
2. Add mild green chilies (drained and chopped), jalapenos (if using), white part of green onion and half of both Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese.
3. Mix it all together.
4. Use any baking dish such as 8x8 inch square dish or 2qt baking dish. Grease it with cooking spray (optional).
5. Spread bean dip mix on the dish.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top evenly.
7. Bake in pre heated oven at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot with tortilla chips. You can also use protein-rich refried bean dip in other Mexican dishes such as tacos, enchiladas and burritos. Also spread them on quesadilla or on top of a tostada. It’s delicious anyway you serve!

How to Make 7 Layer Bean Dip
It’s not a football party at our house without a big platter of 7-layer bean dip! Everyone loves this easy Mexican dip that has layers of flavored refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, olives, and green onion.
INGREDIENTS: ????
2 cans refried beans (black or pinto)
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 avocados, peeled and seeded
1 Tablespoon lemon juice (or lime juice)
8 ounces sour cream
3/4 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheeses (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
6 ounces black olives, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 Roma tomato diced, for garnish (optional)
tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions: ????
1. Add the refried beans to a mixing bowl. Season with chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Taste and add more seasoning if desired.
2. Spread beans into a single layer on a large serving plate or in a 9x13'' pan.
3. Add avocado and lemon/lime juice to a bowl and mash well with a fork.
4. Spread into an even layer, over the beans.
5. Spread sour cream into an even layer, over the mashed avocado layer.
6. Dollop small spoonfuls of salsa all over the top of the sour cream layer.
7. Sprinkle with cheese, followed by olives, and then green onion. You could also add a diced tomato for garnish (optional).
8. Refrigerate until ready to serve (this can be made a day in advance). Serve with tortilla chips.
