I am sharing with you an amazing comforting Haitian dish, it's perfect on cold rainy days. I hope this recipe is easy to follow, Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS;
Beans sauce with dumplings
2 red cups kidney beans
1 scallion
3-4 cloves garlic
olive oil
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup cornmeal
Smoked turkey
3 tbs epis
Red bell pepper
1 cup water
2 tsp salt
Thyme
Parsley
1 tbs black pepper
3 tbs epis
2 tbs all purpose chicken seasoning
1 tbs Goya adobo
1 tbs bitter orange juice
Cloves
1 can coconut milk
2 tbs butter
I cooked my dry beans with 1 scallion, 3 garlic cloves and 1 tbs olive oil for approximately 2 hours or until very soft.

How to make Green Bean Soup with Dumplings #hungarian #recipe #soup
Green Bean Soup
Ingredients: 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 5 ounces (150 g) of paprika sausage, ¾ pounds (350 g) of potato, 2 pounds (900 g) of green beans, 8-9 cups of chicken stock ,1 heaping tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of paprika powder, 2 bay leaves , 2 tablespoons of vinegar( 5%), 5 tablespoons of oil, chopped parsley or dill, salt and pepper, sour cream
Dumplings: 1 large egg, ½ cup (60 g) of all purpose flour, 1.5 tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt
Sauté the chopped onions in oil until translucent. Add the sliced sausage and sauté until it releases some fat and color. Add the minced garlic and keep sautéing for a couple of more seconds. Add the chopped potatoes and bay leaves and cook the potatoes for 2 minutes by stirring it frequently. Add the chopped green beans, then sprinkle in the flour and the paprika powder. Pour in the chicken stock and season with salt and pepper. Cook the soup covered until everything is tender. Replenish water during cooking if necessary.
For the dumplings combine all the ingredients. Once your soup is done, cut the dumplings into the soup or use a spaetzle maker. Cook the dumplings for a couple of minutes, and turn off the heat. Add vinegar, the chopped parsley or dill and adjust the seasoning. Serve the soup with sour cream. Alternatively you can also put sour cream 1/2 cup (120 ml) into the soup and cook for 3 more minutes.

Black bean soup with masa dumplings
This black bean soup with masa dumplings is a delicious Mexican recipe. It's incredibly delicious and inexpensive. The masa dumplings are also known as chochoyotes or bolitas de masa.
To make the black beans combine 1 1/2 cups of sorted and rinsed dry black beans in a pot. Add a bay leaf and 7 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for about 2 hours or until the beans are tender.
If you don't want a spicy soup you can omit one or both of the morita peppers.
Masa dumplings ingredients:
2 cups Maseca
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tbs olive oil
2 crumbled hoja santa leaves
1 cup crumbled chicharron or pork cracklins
1 1/3 cup of water
