Knorr 3 Beans & Grains
Looking for a quick and easy recipe that can be made with ingredients commonly found in your pantry? Try Knorr 3 Beans & Grains! Explore this recipe and more:
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 medium red onion 1 can (15.5 oz.) pinto beans 1 can (15.5 oz.) red kidney beans 1 can (14.5 oz.) cut green beans 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Instructions: Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Slice red onion and rinse and drain beans. Add beans and onions to skillet and cook 4 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Add 2 cups water and Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice to same skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir reserved bean mixture into Rice and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in red wine vinegar.
