Beef Noodle Skillet

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
2 tablespoons salted butter
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground chuck
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
12 ounces egg noodles
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Directions
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ground chuck and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat, crumbling as you go, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add the noodles, broth, 1 cup hot water, the mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Give a big stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and allow everything to simmer, stirring occasionally and adding up to 1/2 cup more water if necessary, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 12 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream and cook for 1 additional minute or until the pasta is tender.
Remove from the heat. Sprinkle over the chives and serve directly from the pan.

Ground beef and cabbage casserole is a delicious dairy-free and gluten-free dinner that can be made ahead of time and baked when you’re ready to eat. It’s made with ground beef, onions, garlic, herbs, rice, tomatoes, cabbage, and cheese. This healthy dish is perfect for busy nights when you want a tasty meal but don’t have much time to make it.
1 pound ground beef
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp herbs de Provence
1 cup rice
1 can tomato puree
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 2⁄3 cup beef stock
1 medium white cabbage, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2⁄3 cup parmesan, shredded

2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
30 oz. fire roasted diced tomatoes not drained
1 sweet onion diced
Seasonings to taste
2 packets chili-o seasoning packets
1 packet Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 can each of:
Black Beans
Great Northern Beans
kidney beans
2 cans of chili beans
64 oz. V8 juice original.
Mix all together in crockpot and set to low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6

2.5lbs Ground Beef
1 med. Onion
1 sleeve Crushed Saltines
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
1-2 Eggs
1-2 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4c. ketchup
Seasoning of choice
Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish....
Topping of choice ...
Bake @ 350 for 35-45 minutes (depending on thickness)

???? Sammi's White Pumpkin Pie:
2 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar each (brown & white)
1/2 c. AP flour
1 Stick butter melted
2 eggs
1 12oz. can evaporate milk
1-2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine all sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes - until there's a little wiggle in the middle, but it's firm.

1/2 tsp granulated onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups low sodium beef broth
1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
BECHAMEL SAUCE
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
pinch of salt
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
