How To make Beef and Vegetable Loaf
2 lb Ground beef
1/4 c Kikkoman Soy Sauce
4 sl Bread; shredded
3 tb Instant minced onion
2 Celery stalks
-- finely chopped 1 lg Carrot; shredded
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 Egg
1/8 ts Tabasco pepper sauce
Thoroughly combine all ingredients; lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked. Drain liquid; let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 to 8 servings. I would modify the recipe by adding more spices next time! I would personally try:
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
+ cooking the lentils in broth (or using Better than Bouillon broth paste + water)

1 tbsp SALT
3 fresh garlic
1/2 cup mix vegetable
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TB SP ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
1 T SP BLACK PEPPER
2 tb sp vegan butter
2 tb sp coconut oil
2 cup apple sauce
1 t sp vinegar
MAKING YOUR GLAZE

3 TB SP MUSTARD
3 TB SP MAPLE SYRUP
PARSLEY

Homemade VEGAN VEGGIE LOAF Christmas meat alternative! Yummy! Yum!
Try this amazing homemade Vegan Veggie Loaf Christmas meat alternative this year to go extra healthy! It's all homemade and vegan! It's a vegetable based meat loaf pack with nutrients with green lentils. It's a nice healthy alternative! You can also add or subtract roughly any of the vegetables to accommodate what you have on hand. It also tastes great with gravy or cranberry sauce over it! Here's the vegan recipe!
INGREDIENTS
1/3 C. Flour
1 Carrot (Grated and medium sized)
1 1/2 C. Mushrooms (Sliced)
1 C. Green lentils (Overcooked)
1 C. Brown Rice (Cooked)
1 1/2 C. Kale (Shredded)
1/2 Onion (Chopped finely)
1 Celery Rib (Thinly sliced)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
1/2 - 1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1/4 tsp. Oregano
3 Tbs. Ground Flaxseed
2 Tbs. Nutritional Yeast
1/2 C. Pecans (Ground. You can also try other nuts!)
1/4 C. Dried Cranberries
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add olive oil, kale, onions, celery, garlic to the pan and cook for about 3-5 min. Then add the mushrooms and cook until vegetables are tender. Add the salt, oregano, and thyme. Add this vegetable mixture to a new bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients. Mix together until mixture is equally resembles a paste texture. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and firmly press the mixture into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
