Introduction to No-Knead Beer Bread (a.k.a. Artisan Yeast Beer Bread)
The purpose of this video is to introduce those of you who make beer bread to the no-knead method of making dough and introduce those of you who make no-knead bread to beer bread. One simple recipe with hundreds of options... simply by changing your wet ingredient... the beer... from a lager, to an amber, or a hefeweizen you can have a new and uniquely flavored bread.
The no-knead bread making method has revolutionized bread baking. The average family can now have bakery quality artisan bread fresh from the oven in their own homes with little or no-kneading... Mother Nature does the kneading for you. No mixer... ingredients can be combined with a spoon... it's almost as easy as easy as making a bowl of Campbell's soup.

Pour your bread batter into your prepared pan.
Set the air fryer to 330°F and air fry for anywhere from 12 to 45 minutes depending on how much batter you use (don't use too much or it won't cook all the way through). It's done when you insert a skewer and it comes out clean.

You can substitute beer with any carbonated soda.

Beer Bread
BEER BREAD
I'm so happy I gave this recipe a try. You wouldn't think a simple four ingredient recipe would turn out so perfectly. The bread doesn't taste like beer to me, it's more of a yeasty flavor. The butter makes a crunchy crust. I hope you give this recipe a try.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz. beer (I use bud light)
1/2 cup salted butter, (divided)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a standard sized loaf pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl add the self-rising flour, sugar and beer. Stir until combined. Pour into the loaf pan. Melt half of the butter in the microwave or stove top and pour over batter evenly.
Place the loaf pan on the center of the rack and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and the center comes out clean when a toothpick is inserted in the center of the loaf.
Melt the remaining butter and pour over the while hot and still in the pan. Remove from pan and let cool for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
