Bison chili:
Ingredients
- 2 packages of ground bison

- kidney beans
- pinto beans
- canned diced tomatoes
- chili seasoning (I buy a chili kit)
Toppings:
Greek yogurt, couple chips, cheese
1. Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil
2. Add the bison and cook until brown. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add canned beans and tomatoes
4. Add chili seasoning
5. Mix together and cover the pot. I like to let it sit on low heat for 10 minutes so the flavors all come together
6. Serve with cheese, yogurt and chips!

Bill Gates had 'rather uncomfortable interview' on the ABC after he was grilled over Epstein
Sky News host Rita Panahi says Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates had a “rather uncomfortable” interview on the ABC where he was grilled over his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
“I would have liked her to also ask why he began a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein after he pleaded guilty,” Ms Panahi said.
How to Make an Apple Tart
This apple tart is not only one of my favorite fall treats, it's also a great set of skills to have in your toolbox of kitchen know-how. With just a few simple ingredients and a pastry-making skill, you'll whip up a true crowd-pleaser. ALDI invited me to show you all this video of how to make an apple tart! Every fall, my friends and I go to the Berkshires (which is an area in the Northeast...the cottage where we stay is right where Massachusetts/Vermont/New Hampshire all meet!). We just like spending time together! We go on various adventures (canoeing, hiking, etc.), and OF COURSE, we cook and eat together.
Here's the recipe:
-2 sticks of Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter, separated into 12 tablespoons & 4 tablespoons
-2 cups all-purpose Baker’s Corner flour
-1/4 cup & 1/3 cup Baker’s Corner Granulated Sugar, separated
-1 scant teaspoon salt
-3-4 Granny Smith apples
-1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Cinnamon
-1/2 cup Berryhill apricot jelly
Remove the cold butter from the refrigerator and cut up the 12 tablespoons of butter into smaller chunks.
In a bowl, combine the flour, the 1/4 cup of sugar and salt. Then, using your fingertips, incorporate the butter chunks into the flour combination until it becomes the consistency of breadcrumbs. (This can also be done using a food processor). Add 1/2 cup of ice water, until the dough just comes together. Quickly knead into a ball then wrap it in plastic and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Thinly slice your Granny Smith apples, cutting out the core.
Roll out the dough until the size is a bit smaller than your sheet pan. Place the slices of apple on top, slightly overlapping (or in any design you prefer). Mix the 1/3 cup of sugar with the cinnamon.
Cut up the other half stick of butter into chunks, then add those butter chunks onto the tart and sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place in the oven for 45 minutes.
Now, make your apricot glaze. Place the apricot jelly in a small pot with 1/4 cup of water and place over heat. Stir.
Remove finished tart from the oven. Spread a thin layer of the apricot glaze on top, and let cool. Enjoy!
