Ingrédients pour les Beignets:
-500g de Farine de Blé
-80g de Sucre
-7g de Levure due Boulanger
-3g de Sel
-500ml d eau tiède
Ingrédients Haricots:
-Oignon
-Tomate
-Tige de Celerie
-Ciboulette
-Ail-Gingimbre
-Sel
-Huile pour Friture
- Cube pour ceux qui en consomment
Ingrédients Bouillie:
-Bouillie de Mais
-Eau
-Sucre

I'll be doing some healthy meal prep to save time with my meals. In this Aldi grocery haul I'll be reusing ingredients across meals. Quinoa Salad
• 1 cup quinoa
• 2 cups water
• 1 ½ cups chickpeas
• 1 persian cucumber – or if using another type remove seeds
• ½ red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley (from 1 large bunch)
• ¼ cup olive oil
• ¼ lemon squeezed
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, or vinegar of your choice
Cook the quinoa in 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until done. Let cool, mix in with chopped vegetables.
Chayote Soup
2 cups water
1/2 Not Chicken bouillon
2 handfuls of spinach
1 chopped carrot
1/2 chopped chayote
1/3 bag of video noodles -brown these first in the pan with some oil
MY NEW BREAKFAST OBSESSION
Lightly toast 1/2 bagel, top with small amount of avocado, mash to creaminess texture, top with shredded carrots, and fried egg. Top with small slivers of green onion and chili garlic sauce, or your favorite hot sauce.
Sesame Dressing for Quinoa Bowl
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
1 tbs sesame sauce
1 tsp of balsamic dressing
1 tsp brown sugar? or more to taste
garnished with sesame seeds
Here is the normal recipe
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c sesame oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tbs brown sugar
*optional 1-2 tbs chili oil
use this with cold spaghetti noodles, add in broccoli, red pepper, mushrooms, green onions, etc.

Connaissez-vous le magni-magni ? Egalement appelé Olèlè dans diverses régions du Bénin, ce met est aussi très populaire au Nigéria. Pour cette recette, j'ai utilisé les ingrédients suivants :
- 1 kg de haricots blancs
- de l'huile rouge
- des épices
- du piment en poudre,
- du poisson fumé,
- du sel.
Pour la cuisson, j'ai préféré me servir de feuilles de bananier. Il est aussi possible d'utiliser des moules à gâteau en silicone.

500gr d'haricots rouges (haricots vache)cow peas
2 litres d'eau
3 tasses de riz aux choix
2 cas d'huile de coco
7-8 branches de feuilles de sorgho/ waakye leaves/ sorghum leaves
sel au choix
1/2 cac bicarbonate de soude /sodium

pour 1-2 personnes
140 g de mais en conserve
50 g de pates d'arachides
50g de farine de mais
100ml d'eau
sel
