How To make Black Bean Soup (Rapp)
1 lb Black beans, soaked
8 c Water
2 tb Salt
1 c Onion, chopped
1 c Green pepper, chopped
1 c Celery, chopped
1 c Carrots, chopped
8 tb Olive oil
6 Garlic cloves
1 tb Cumin
4 ts White vinegar
1 ts Soy sauce
Simmer beans in water till soft. Saute onions, pepper, celery & carrots in olive oil til the onions turn golden brown. Add garlic, cumin, vinegar & soy sauce. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
Drain about 1/2 c water from beans & add it to the saute. Cook over a low heat for 30 minutes. Combine vegetables with beans. Cook for another 30 minutes, adding more water if necessary. Joel Rapp, "Mother Nature's Vegetarian Feasts"

I suffered food addict for 15 years. I have suffered obesity, food addiction, binge eating and diabetes (how it all started: I believe in the tremendous power of the mind to overcome all obstacles. • INGREDIENTS: (For all ingredients, please use organic versions if available)
Serves 8-10
Cup water
1 medium red or yellow onion, diced
2 sticks celery, chopped
2 carrots, sliced or diced
teaspoon ground cumin
4 cups cooked black beans, rinsed and drained
3 cups water
1 cup orange juice
2 medium tomatoes, diced
2 cloves fresh crushed garlic
Juice of 1 lime
salt to taste (about a teaspoon)
Hot chili pepper flakes to taste (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Stock fish fillets ( as desired) I used about a cup
Snails ( optional) I just think everything tastes better with snails ????
Dry asa fish (4 pieces )
Seasoning cube to taste
Salt to taste
1 cup of good palm oil
1 cup of crayfish
1 flat dawadawa [ or ogiri igbo ]
Yellow pepper to taste.
