How To make Black and White Cheesecake
**Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust: 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
melted
**Filling: 1 1/2 pound cream cheese
1 cup sugar :
plus
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
3 whole eggs plus
2 yolks
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 ounces semisweet chocolate :
melted
3 tablespoons heavy cream
To makes one 10-inch cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Toss the crust ingredients together in a bowl. Press firmly into a 10-inch springform pan, and set aside. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the flour and zests, then slowly beat in the eggs, extra yolks, and vanilla. In a separately bowl, combine the melted chocolate and cream. Pour two-thirds of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Fold the chocolate mixture into the remaining filling into the plain filling to get a marbled effect. Bake for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door, and let the cake stand for 20 more minutes inside the oven. Cool on a rack. Refrigerate overnight. To make neat slices, cut the cheesecake with a hot knife, rinsing it off between each cut.

150g white chocolate
210g heavy cream (50g warm to mix with white chocolate; and 160g cold heavy cream - whipped)
Raspberry jelly
150g raspberries
25g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
6g gelatine (bloomed)
Extra raspberries and blueberries for garnish

Simple New York Style Cheese Cake | Cheesecake Recipe Easy
This is an easy to make Newyork style cheese cake recipe for beginners with minimal ingredients, yet tasty.
Basic cheesecake recipe at home

New York Cheese Cake Recipe

Biscuits 15 to 20 Nos ( Gram Crackers or any other biscuit)
Butter 4 tbsp melted (1/4 cup or 57 g)
Cream Cheese 800 g (3 Cups )
Sugar 1 Cup (200g)
Egg 4 Nos
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Bake over a water bath at 350 F / 180 C for 1 hr
If you do not have cream cheese , this is how to make at home.
1 liter whole milk
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar
In a saucepan, heat the milk on medium heat, stirring gently .One the milk start to boil reduce heat and Add lemon juice one tbsp at a time while stirring the milk . When The milk curdles strain it , add salt and blend it to a cream consistency.
In this video I am using cream cheese spread which always gives me lighter and creamier textured cake.
