How To make Boiled Beef Pizzaiola
1 cn Tomatoes, drained
- reserve juice 1 Garlic clove, chopped
2 ts Parsley, chopped
1 t Oregano
Salt Pepper 1 lb Sliced boiled beef
3 tb Olive oil
2 tb Reserved juice
Grease shallow baking dish with oil. Mix together tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Line baking dish with half the mixture. Place sliced beef over this in a single layer and cover with rest of mixture. Sprinkle with olive oil and reserved juice. Bake in moderate oven (375 deg F) about 30 minutes.

Steak pizzaiola is a super flavorful braised Italian beef dish in a pizza maker's tomato sauce. Any braising cut can be used for this dish. Thin top round or bottom round steaks work well, but thin chuck steaks are my preferred choice. The steaks I used in this video weren't as thin as the ones in the accompanying print recipe, making the braise take a little longer than normal. No matter what, just braise the steaks until tender. Enjoy!

Pizzaiola meat: the simple and tasty dish!
Here's a delicious way to cook tender meat in no-time! ????INGREDIENTS
480g rump steak, thinly sliced
450g (2 cups) tomato sauce
60ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2g (2 tsp) oregano
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute.
Add tomato sauce, bring to a simmer, and season with salt and pepper.
Reduce the heat to low, close with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes.
Add meat slices, coat them in sauce, close the lid and cook for 5 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Open the lid and sprinkle with oregano.
Serve and enjoy!
