How To make Bran& Apple Muffin
1 c "All Bran"
1/4 c Milk
1 c Baked apples
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 1/2 c Flour
3 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 t Cinnamon
1/3 c Brown sugar
Mix bran, milk, apples, oil and egg. Mix in another bowl the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones; mix gently just enough to humidify. Bake 375F, 15-20 min. (You can add dry raisins and/or nuts
to the recipe if you like it!). Have fun!

1 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups all purpose or whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup oat bran

Apple oats Muffins:
½ cup Curd
Refined Oil- 80 ml (1/3 cup + 1 tsp)
Brown Sugar- 120 gm(1/2 cup + 2 tsp)
Whisk & melt the sugar
Maida- 1 cup (120gm)
Baking Soda- ½ tsp
Baking Powder- 1 tsp
Apple (finely chopped)- 50gms
Oats- 80 gm
Cinnamon Powder- ½ tsp
Gently fold in
Milk- 90ml
Peanut butter Smoothie:
2 Frozen Banana
Frozen Banana gives thick Smoothie
¼ cup Oats
Dry roast for 2 min on low flame
½ litre Chilled Milk
Cooled oats
4 tbsp Peanut butter
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
