How To make Braune Zucker Platzchen (Brown Sugar Cookies)

1 1/2 c Brown Sugar; Frimly Packed 1 ts Cinnamon 2/3 c Shortening 1/2 ts Cloves 2 ea Eggs; Large 1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Milk 2 c Unbleached Flour 1 tb Orange Rind; Grated 1 c Raisins 2 ts Baking Powder 1/2 c Nuts; Chopped, If Desired Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, milk and orange rind. Stir togethr baking powder, spices, salt and flour. Mix into sugar mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts, if used. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 10 to 12 minutes, or until done. Remove from baking sheets and cool cookies on rack. Store in airtight tins. Makes about 4 to 5 dozen cookies. -----

Gluten Free Brownie Cookies
To celebrate 2 million views, we are making these brownie cookies gluten free! They will taste even better, just like brownie macarons. ????????
Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 4 tbsp butter 2 eggs 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar a pinch of salt 1 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Bake at 350 for 15-16 minutes.
Instructions: -In a medium bowl, melt chocolate with butter. Mix so it’s smooth and creamy. Set it aside. - In a celebrate bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until lighter in color. - Test the chocolate so it’s not too hot. Should be at room temperature before adding the wet ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients with the chocolate. Mix. - Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix just until the dry ingredients are mixed in.
Scoop half of the scoop of the cookie batter unto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Give the cookies enough room, because they will expand. I bake them in two batches. Bake at 350F for 15-16 minutes.
