How To make Bread: Machine: Hazlenut Amaretto Loaf
--------------------------------1-POUND LOAF
2 c Bread flour
2/3 c Milk
1/2 c Toasted chopped hazelnuts
1 Egg
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Margarine or butter
4 ts Amaretto or hazelnut liqueur
3/4 ts Active dry yeast
1/2 ts Salt
1 Recipe Amaretto Glaze
Toasted chopped hazlenuts or Almonds (optional) :
AMARETTO GLAZE 1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar
1 tb Amaretto or hazelnut
Liqueur *OR* 1 tb Almond extract
1 To 2 tablespoons milk *IF
NEEDED Serve slices of this nutty sweet breat for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon coffee break :
brEAD DIRECTIONS: Add flour, milk, the nuts, egg, sugar, margarine or butter, liqueur, yeast, and salt to the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Bake and cool as directed. When brread is cool, drizzle with Amaretto Glaze. AMARETTO GLAZE: In a small mixing bowl combine sugar, amaretto or hanelnut liqueur *OR* almond extract. If needed, add 1 to 2 teaspoons milk to make of drizzling consistency. brEAD MACHINE BASICS: These helpful tips apply to all types of bread machines: Bread flour, which is high in protein, works best for breads made in a bread machine. You can use other grains or flours with the bread flour but not in place of all of it. Some recipes also call for a small amount of gluten flour. This helps breads, especially those made with low-gluten flours (such as whole wheat flour), hold together. Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order specified by the directions in the owner's manual. To use powdered milk instead of fresh, add 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder for each 1 cup of water and add it with the flour. Always use powdered milk when using the timer on your machine. Ingredients
Base
✨6-7 pieces Britannia chocolate cake
✨1 tbsp espresso shot ( 1 tbsp water + 1/2 tsp coffee powder)
Mousse filling
✨3/4cup dark chocolate chips
✨1/4 cup fresh cream
✨1/2 cup whipping cream
Ganache topping
✨1/4 cup fresh cream
✨2 tbsp dark chocolate callets
Method
1. Line a 4-inch springform pan with parchment and keep it aside.
2. In a bowl pour hot fresh cream over dark chocolate chips. Mix until the chocolate melts completely and you have a smooth ganache.
3. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream to soft peaks and fold the ganache in it.
4. Place cake pieces in the bottom of the lined pan and make sure it’s all packed nicely. Soak it with the espresso shot
5. Pour the mousse on the top of the cake and flatten it using an offset spatula. Refrigerate it for 2 hours or until the cake sets completely.
6. For the glaze- pour hot cream over the chocolate and make it a liquid ganache.
7. Decorate the mousse cake with the glaze and serve.

Jalapeno Cheddar Bread Ruined My Life | The Bumbling Chef
LegoMyGregO makes some delicious, and nutritious (probably) Jalapeno Cheddar Bread!
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups bread flour with 2 cups of cheese, two chopped jalapenos, and a tablespoon of salt.
Step 2: In a separate mixing bowl combine 2 cups of warm water with 1 packet of yeast. Let sit for five to ten minutes.
Step 3: Stir dry ingredients together before adding dry ingredients to the yeast mixture.
Step 4: Add your bowl to a stand mixer, and mix on the lowest setting, scraping the sides of the bowl with a baking spatula occasionally, until a ball of dough forms.
Step 5: Let dough sit for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Step 6: Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 7: Line a dutch oven with nonstick parchment paper.
Step 8: When the dough has risen, move the ball to the dutch oven and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Make sure your dutch oven is big enough for the dough to breathe.
Step 9: Remove bread from oven and let sit and cool for at least ten minutes. and check the middle with a knife, fork, or toothpick to make sure bread is done.
Potential Step 10: If the bread still needs time to finish, place it on a cookie sheet and return to the oven in ten-minute increments until the bread is complete.
