Pizza dough of choice 1/2 Stick margerine Garlic powder Parmesean Cheese After making the dough for your pizza you place it on a piece of heavy duty aluminium foil. Spread it into a circular pizza shape. Take your pizza cutter and score the dough into 1/2" slices and then cut the entire pie in half. Melt a 1/2 stick of margerine and add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder(add more or less to suit you). Spread this on your bread sticks. Top the bread with parmesean cheese and place aluminum foil directly on oven rack-no pan needed-at 450 degrees until crispy and browned. I always make an extra crust when making pizza for my family. Ingredients: 1 large Puff pastry sheet, thawed 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, grated 1 teaspoon Oregano 3 tablespoons Olive oil/melted butter 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed Flour for the work surface
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl whisk olive oil, oregano, and crushed garlic. Set aside. 3. On a lightly floured surface, unfold the puff pastry. Lightly sprinkle the pastry sheet with flour. Roll out puff pastry into ⅛-inch (1/4 cm) thick. 4. Brush half of the puff pastry with olive oil/butter mixture. Sprinkle parmesan on top, fold unbrushed part over the brushed part and gently press the pastry. Roll out the dough into ¼-inch (1/2cm). 5. Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the puff pastry in half, then slice the puff pastry crosswise into 1-inch (2.5cm) wide strips. 6. Gently twist pastry sticks, and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed. Remove to wire racks to cool.

Ingredients: -Neem garam doodh (Lukewarm milk) 1 Cup -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Dry milk powder 3 tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1-2 tbs -Cooking oil ½ tsp -Anday ki safeedi (Egg white) 1 -Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs -Safed til (Sesame seed) to sprinkle
Directions: -In lukewarm milk,add sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. -In bowl,add all-purpose flour,dry milk powder,salt and mix well. -Add dissolve yeast mixture and mix well. -Gradually add water and mix well. -Add cooking oil and knead well. -Add all-purpose flour and knead until smooth dough is formed. -Add cooking oil and knead again,cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place). -Knead dough again then divide dough into 14-15 strips (7 inches) and shape each into a uniform roll or long breadsticks. -On baking tray,lined with butter paper,place prepared bread sticks. -In egg white,add water and mix well. -Brush breadsticks with egg white+water and sprinkle sesame seeds. -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 18-20 minutes.
