***** NONE ***** 3 - cups flour 1 - tsp. salt 2 - eggs Milk Oil for cooking Combine first 3 ingredients.Add enough milk to make soupy consistency like eaten eggs.Put enough cooking oil in cast iron skillet so batter will not stick.(Be generous.Batter will stick while baking.)Pour batter into skillet.Bake on top of stove,stirring and chopping as for scrambled eggs,until it looks like scrambled eggs and is baked through.Serve immediately with butter and syrup.

LET'S GET COOKING...
1.Preheat oven to 425ºF, and brush a muffin pan with melted butter. 2.Whisk together eggs, and add in flour and milk, mixing to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper and hot sauce if using. 3.Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter into each prepared muffin pan opening, sprinkle with desired filling and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.

Todays video is going to make your mouth water as we make a Mountain Man Breakfast in the Dutch Oven! It's a long name because there are a lot of ingredients.
Ingredients: Bacon Ham steak Sausage Onion Green Pepper 2 Potatoes 12 eggs Cheddar Cheese
Directions: Chop your Bacon and Ham Steak Cop your Onion and Pepper Peal your Potatoes Heat your Dutch Oven Brown your Bacon and Sausage Add chopped Onion and Pepper and cook for 10 minutes Slice your peeled potatoes into the Dutch oven and cook for 10 minutes Add your mixed eggs and cook for 5 or so minutes Add your grated cheddar and cook until melted and eggs have solidified
